Newly renovated, furnished top floor apartment in a very quiet, central location with very good shopping (5min walk) Spacious full bath with bathtub and shower cabin Spacious living-dining area with and open kitchen, including fold-out sofa bed. Bedroom with king size double bed, single wardrobe and balcony. Basement and upper floor with lockable doors separated. Bus stop 2min walk. Parking in front of the house and parking space for bicycles etc

Wir waren volle 4 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung und können allen anderen positiven Bewertungen nur zustimmen. Ich möchte mich ausserdem ganz herzlich beim Vermieter bedanken, weil wir eine perfekte Lösung für das Laden unseres plug-in hybrid Fahrzeuges gefunden haben. Dies hat uns ermöglicht extrem kostengünstig in der näheren Umgebung zu reisen. Wir können diese Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe mit meiner Familie aus Amerika Verwandte in Osterholz-Scharmbeck und Bremen besucht und wir haben sechs Tage in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Alles war einfach nur toll! Das Badezimmer hat uns besonders gefallen, und die Wohnung war definitiv groß genug für uns alle und hat viel charm.Michael war sehr flexibel und freundlich. Man kann locker zu Fuß zum Famila Markt gehen wo man alles nötige und noch mehr einkaufen kann. Und noch näher ist die Bushaltestelle wo man den Bus zum Bahnhof OHZ nehmen kann, falls man nach Bremen möchte. Rundherum einfach eine wundervolle Erfahrung. Wir werden definitiv wieder hier bleiben bei unserem nächsten Besuch.
