The location of the place was great. We travelled with a young family with small kids in the apartment and myself in the single room. The apartment was well equipped and spacious. My room was rather small but adequate. The hosts were very welcoming. The "common kitchen" was well equipped and useful. Unfortunately, there was no indication of where the washer/dryer was located, which I urgently needed. (I asked the host at leaving, a sign would have been helpful)

I was not impressed to be told that a child of 2 years and 3 months infant were considered an extra person and charged 15.- p/d AND extra linen. Booking.com should be aware of these "after the facts" costs. That is why I prefer not to use Airbnb - hidden costs. I was also satisfied with the cleanliness of the "common" kitchen, a sign said that the users were to clean it up. There were spiders in the corners, the floor could have used a vaccum-clean. Frankly at the prices clients pay to expect them to vaccuum clean and dust spiders out is a bit out of line. The apartment the rest of the family stayed had mold in the shower. The heater were turned off and the hosts explained that at 22 degrees (during the day) they wouldn't work. However at 16 degrees at night or in the shower it would have been nice to have the option to turn on the heat.

Man kann problemlos parken, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man kann schnell ans Wasser gehen

Großes Haus, sehr ruhig, direkt am Deich zur Weser. Nette Vermieter. Unkomplizierter Check-in durch Schließfach. Zimmer hübsch eingerichtet im 1. OG, Gemeinschaftsküche im EG samt Fach im Kühlschrank. Im Sommer Sitzgelegenheiten vorm Haus.

Perfekt

Die Lage und Erreichbarkeit von der Autobahn. Ruhig, sauber und sehr gemütliches Zimmer. Mit viel Liebe, Geschmack und netten Accessoires eingerichtet. Sehr netter Schriftwechsel mit den Vermietern. Unkompliziertes check in und out. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub

Der Hof mit den Ferienwohnungen und der geteilten Küche sind super. Liebevoll eingerichtet, leise und eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Die Nähe zum Deich und dem kleinen Pier sind auch wunderbar und die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich Zeit genommen!

Schöne Gegend, aber nur wenig Erholsam.

Die Matratze war sehr durchgelegen, sodass ein Schlafen zu zweit fast nicht möglich gewesen ist. Zudem war das Bettbezug für Temperaturen tagsüber bei knapp 30 Grad zu dick.

Die Lage und die Ruhe sind super 👍

Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig gelegen, gleich hinterm Deich. In zwei Minuten ist man an der Weser. Das Zimmer war klein (Essplatz war ja auch drinnen) aber zweckmäßig.. großer Einbauschrank um alles anzulegen, schönes modernes Bad, Parkplatz direkt am Haus.

Die Betten hatten am Kopfteil einen Holzsims. Vom Bett aus fernsehen war ungemütlich aber die einzige Möglichkeit..

Accogliente, comoda e pulita. Ottima per chi si sposta con mezzi propri. Unico consiglio, qualche cartello in più in inglese sarebbe utile. Il primo giorno abbiamo fatto colazione in piedi per essere rispettose, poi abbiamo capito di poter salire in camera con il caffè 😃
