Simple and fair priced, with excellent location. The place is clean and quiet. The check-in and check-out experience is fast and simple. I would stay there again.

Everything was very clean and easy to find. Instructions were clear and the kitchen is well equipped.
The shared bathroom has not enough showers, toilets and sinks for all the guest, so sometimes I had to wait before going to the bathroom. Also, there was no soap provided in the showers. Also, my room was a bit load (the street, the fridge and other guests).

Cheap and well located. Nice terrace.
You hear when the neighbors breathe. And when they instead put on the tv all night… Essentially a cheap hostel. Bring everything you need + earplugs. You need to call in advance to be let in, or you’ll have to wait for the owner to come.
