An oasis of calm with private terrace providing magical views

A hidden gem of a property, tucked away in the Old Town of Rovinj with an exclusive terrace for sunrise and sunsets!

We had a few inquisitive tourists peer into the property for a look at the magical setting we had! Shame we couldn’t swim off the terrace but the waste outlet was nearby (reassuringly there was little to no smell).

wonderful location and position next to the sea. very well furnished and nice touches to make our stay comfortable.

only downside was due to public steps to the sea, so people outside our window, some peering in.

Beautiful cozy/romantic apartment with an amazing view!

Amazing location! Beautiful view. The host met us at the apartment as we arrived late! Presented us with a cold bottle of wine in the fridge for our arrival which was needed. Great little cute/romantic place. Kitchen well stocked with items, coffee, sugar, tea etc. Bathroom, clean and very modern. Living area cosy/clean. Amazing wooden ceiling and a well set up furniture etc etc. The view is to die for!!! Opening the double doors and it's amazing! There are strangers walking around fairly close to the property at the back but it's ok. Lovely place, highly recommend.

Couldn't find an iron and ironboard. The tourists walking around on the back, but it wasnt too bad. Shame that you can not swim at the back with that view (island sewage outlet is just there), but saying that, NO smell at all! The host was great, but when checking out, as we needed to leave earlish (9:15 am) we had to go to their office to drop key instead of host meeting us at property.

Entspannung mit kroatischem Altstadtflair

Das Appartement befindet sich im Herzen der Altstadt von Rovinj, direkt am Meer, und verfügt über eine private Terrasse mit Zugang zum Wasser. Der Blick auf das Meer und den Hafen ist atemberaubend; jeden Morgen und Abend konnten wir die Fischerboote beim Ein- und Ausfahren beobachten. Das Badezimmer ist sauber und modern, und die Einrichtung überzeugt durch eine gelungene Mischung aus zeitgenössischem Design und traditionellem Charme. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Der Eigentümer muss dringend eine Lösung für das hauseigene Abwasserrohr finden, das direkt am Haus ins Meer führt.
