This cottage is situated on the edge of Teigngrace, near Newton Abbot and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Walnut Cottage is a stylish holiday home located on the edge of Teigngrace, in Devon. Hosting three bedrooms; a double with en-suite wet room and two twin rooms, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside is also an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off-road parking for two cars and a private courtyard garden. Twelve Oaks Farm features a wealth of facilities including a choice of coarse fishing lakes, children's play area and a shared outdoor heated swimming pool. Close to the moors, beaches and many family attractions, Walnut Cottage is a unique retreat perfect for families. Note: One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry cats are not allowed at this property. Note: This property cannot accommodate a Sunday changeover. Please be aware of this restriction when placing your reservation. PLEASE NOTE - LATEST ARRIVAL AT THIS PROPERTY IS 8PM - IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 8PM YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY UNTIL THE NEXT DAY.
