What a find! We had a brilliant couple of days away staying at Honeybrook. The property was easy to find, with a large secure driveway at the front of the house. The interior is modern with a well equipped kitchen, lots of beds, good sized bathrooms and a very comfy lounge. There are plenty of TVs and good wi-fi too which worked out well on the wet days. There is easy access to the local area, a stones throw from Cockington village and court, Torquay, Teignmouth and Newton Abbot were all quick to get to. The Shiphay Chippy and Devon Dumpling are in walking distance as well as a Co-Op. This is an ideal self-catering property, particularly for families or those with pets. Many thanks to our host Alex.

It need bath sheets . It also needs another chair in living room alongside another a coffee table

Convienient location. Had the facilities required and a well equipped kitchen.
Sitting room echoed due to lack of furniture in the large room. Bed was hard and the heating had been turned off at the boiler.
