The lodge was lovely with plenty of space for 6. Spectacular location within a wooded area, gorgeous view from the balcony. The hot tub was our favourite thing about the lodge.
The beds were less comfortable than we are used to. Location had lots of steep paths which would be unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Lots of activities on park and places to visit in the area - a car is essential.

it was clean lovely that had a sauna .
sofa looked out of place was very worn and old and uncomfortable. Also the chair by the worn sofa was very uncomfortable and let the look of the lodge down .
no welcome pack if I was not a regular to Finlake about the heating which was under floor heating .
lodge looks worn needs updating
I would rather pay more for the property and not have to pay 20 pound per person snd children 10 pounds for the use of the gym .
if people knew that this was the case they would not book with you but to go direct to Finlake and save a family of four adults 80 pounds which is a lot of money .
