Clean & Comfortable apartament. Everything was exactly as in the booking pictures and descriptions.
Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to the vaporetto, beach, shops, restaurants...perfect location :-)

You can find everything you need inside the house. It is clean, near the beach and supermarkets. The owner is approachable.

The owner, Theresa, and her daughter Laura welcomed us warmly and gave us helpful information about everything we needed to know. They are extremely friendly. The apartment is remodeled, and everything is very new, modern, and practical. The kitchen is very well equipped, the shower in the bathroom is very good. The beds are really comfortable. The location of the apartment is perfect. It is close to the beach and close to the Vaporetto station. So it is perfect to go swimming and to visit Venice. We really recommend the apartment for a perfect stay on Lido combined with sightseeing in Venice.

Fantastic location, away from the crowds of Venice, very peaceful & relaxing, great for breakfast & late meal or drinks on the balcony. Only short walk to shops, restaurants, beach & water buses.
Laura the owner's daughter was so helpful with clear directions, advice on boats / timetables & recommendations etc.
We thought there were no wine glasses, but then we found them on last day!!
