The small villas have frontal and uncovered view to the sea from 2 of the 3 rooms each - they have also to splendid terraces. They have all the facilities as described. Beds are very good. Sooo...rank 10...The beach is close by and are also an excelent restaurant and a shop near by....like 100 mp
If you intend to go in some day trips you need a car. Also keep in mind that Falassarna can be very windy but the beach is very good, with soft sand and no rocks....

Location, the villa, all inside is perfect, the balcony, the garden, the kitchen, the beds the view is amazing, the villa is clean and well equipped
Put a small sign on the road. Hard to find the place after dark.
