Amazing view on the Sagrada Familia

The apartment is located in a fabulous spot with bedroom and front balconies with direct views of the Sagarda Familia. It's city centre living and the location is easy to get to all the other hot spots ie beach, Gaudi museum, Las Ramblas etc., Good eating options and local supermarkets within a few hundred yards.

There's a few floor boards nailed down in the hallway as the flooring has come loose and the nail heads are sticking out slightly can catch on bare feet and just needs looking at for a more permanent fix to be done.

The view is the best in Barcelona. Period. This is the only selling point of this property, and it is so spectacular that one is willing to overlook a multitude of deficiencies in the accommodations just to experience it. We literally spent hours gazing out the window during the four days we were there...relatively quiet area considering you are on the park in front of Sagrada Familia.

This is a very old building which is seriously lacking in maintenance. The apartment look and feel is shoddy, bathrooms are in dire need of some, or any type of maintenance. See other reviews for details. It seems like no effort at upgrading has been made for several years as issues from 2,3 even 4 years ago are still evident. I have been in some small European elevators, but two people is a shoehorn fit in this one...don't get in if you are claustrophobic!
