Location, close to Sagrada Familia. Staff was helpful and responsive. Also, having a washing machine was very useful - since there was no cleaning service during the stay, we've bought detergent pods and washed our towels, which dried instantly, during the hot nights of July.

Well, I found out that the apartment pictured on Booking was different from the one received. I thought I'd pay for a cosy, structured apartment with a small balcony, only to find out that I received a large space with two small adjacent bedrooms and no balcony. It felt more of a hostel than an apartment, really. The air conditioning was only installed in the central space, thus the other bedrooms were difficult to cool. But the worst were the beds and the bed linen: beds were uncomfortable, with low quality pillows and mattresses. The bed linen were way too large for the blankets, and their quality transported me back in time 40 years, in hotels of communist Romania. It is difficult for me to understand that a company that can pay to have its own bath range of products does not afford to buy some cheap Ikea bed linen to dress their beds. Furniture and appliances were dated and mismatched, thus increasing the hostel-feeling. I've been to more modern hostels, though...
