Quiet, clean, very functional apartment in an extremely convenient location. Elevator, dishwasher etc.

Just minor details, like the range of movement of the showerhead.

Well located apartment, clean facilities, spacious, and well appointed. Great bathroom that had housekeeping on day 4 ( we stayed 7 nights). Close to Sagrada, the metro- flat east walk. Apartment was clean and new build. Full air conditioned with washing machine.

the staff at the reception - esp.ly the person at our arrival (Serbian person I think) was especially helpful and friendly.. I would like to thank all the staf.. the room was nice, the bed was extremely comfortable which was a big plus. bathroom was big and also comfortable. The location is super central being in very close approximity to La Sagrada..toms of good restaurant and supermarkets wthin walking distance..

at this price point, I would expect some more coffee capsules in the room.. for two people for 6 nights the management should offer more than 4 coffees for the entire duration.. and only 1 cleaning in six days, could be two maybe (esp.ly for garbage and towel change etc..) also the total space of the room is 32 sqm but half of it was the corridor, so this was a little misleading. we were given a room that looks towards the street, which was great - we loved it.. ı'm not sure of inner court rooms, one that I checked out was darkish..

An apartment is in a good location, very small — nicely furnished, yes — but it’s basically a very expensive hotel room.

The apartment, for which we paid almost 500 EUR for two nights, comes with certain expectations. A view of the Sagrada Família costs something, but for that apartament it was really too much as it does not meet the standards. A small fridge and a few dishes are exactly what you get in a small but decent hotel for much less money. We would expect at least to be able to wash the dishes properly — and certainly not to have to wash them in a tiny bathroom sink! And yet you have to wash them, because the instructions clearly state that you must wash all the dishes. That’s not really a problem in itself, but with this requirement, it’s also necessary to provide the means to actually do it. The bathroom is so tiny that you can’t even turn around properly, and there is no space to put down toiletries — which is really a basic requirement for any accommodation. Another basic requirement for good accommodation is a comfortable bed, and we did not have that in this apartment either. The apartment was rented out with a broken glass wall in the bathroom. We informed the owners about this immediately upon our arrival, and they acted as if they knew nothing about it. It is hard to believe that they were not aware of this, as it had been hastily glued together — something that could not have gone unnoticed during the inspection after the previous guests left. This means that the apartment was rented out in a faulty condition. We have tried to resolve this issue directly with the accommodation owners, but unfortunately without success. It is not our habit to complain in this way — in all these years we have never once requested a refund — but in this case, we truly feel wronged. But the complaint was not heard. The apartment, for which we paid almost 500 EUR for two nights, simply does not meet the standards and is not worth it.
