This apartment was in the perfect location for us and my 85 year old mom. We were steps fromLa Sagrada Familia, and lots of restaurants in walking distance. We would stay here again.

As you exit out the building, you see the Basílica de la Sagrada Família. Metro is a minute walk from the building. 1st floor, no need an elevator, but there is one in the building. Only a few cons is the noise from outside, elevator, and the metro... It's a significant noise and vibration we could hear and feel. Most of us weren't sensitive, but we realized on the 4th day we stayed, due to some fireworks and concerts were going on at the plaza right across from the Basilica. Other than that, our stay was great. There was no cleaning service, but we used the washer to wash the sheets and towels. I would recommend this place if you are not real sensitive to noises. The location was the best feature of this place.

Location, Location, Location. Host communication was excellent. Place is a bit smaller than it appears but it was fine for 2 couples. Markets, shops and Metro within easy walking distance. La Sagrada Familia is right across the street. Early risers will enjoy early morning views before the crowds arrive.

The place was perfect for our group. The location was fabulous; it is across the street from Sagrada Family Cathedral. It is close to local shops, markets, and restaurants. One thing is that the Metro is very close to the VRBO and you can definitely hear it. I believe it runs until midnight and later on the weekends. Ear plugs were provided by the owner for this reason.The place was very clean. The rooms are small but comfortable. One thing that was bothersome in the rooms was the LED ceiling light that continually “glows.” It was annoying, especially at night.The kitchen was set up nicely with everything we needed. It could use either paper towels or more kitchen towels.Tony the owner was very easy to work with and communicated well.Overall, it is a wonderful place and the location was perfect! I would definitley stay here again.
