Awesome family friendly villa, great value for money.

We spent five nights here with our 11 month old daughter and another two nights with her three grandparents. It exceeded our expectations. The pool was great, the open air sitting area was large enough for seven of us, the Villa provided a high chair, it was easy and baby friendly (and grandparent friendly). The Villa is a two minute walk to watercress cafe which has epic coffee and breakfast. it’s at the Berawa end of Seminyak. Traffic can be tricky in the afternoon but everything you need is a short walk away. It was amazingly quiet for the location, so peaceful. Kadek was the Villa driver and was awesome and ended up being our driver for our whole month in Bali. It’s a budget friendly low key Villa, so don’t expect luxury but it’s very good value for money.

The bathrooms are a bit dated, with one of the bathrooms only having a shower head in the bath. But honestly it really didn’t impact our stay. There is an adjoining villa, and some of the photos used are of that villa, though they are very similar.

No breakfast provided. There were gekkos on the walls and gekko droppings found on the kitchen pots and pans.

The staff were very helpful and friendly I couldn't fault them in anyway. Location was ok in regards to proximity to access things to do.

The power went out several times a day. The place needs work.... especially the kitchen and the furniture in the rooms and bathrooms. Air conditioner in the top room needs repairing aswell. There were tv's in each room but only one had the local channels, they all should have cable tv.

Fantastic villa, great pool, loved it!

Great location, easy to walk to great restaurants and local shops. Fantastic pool, great size and perfect temperature. Rooms very spacious, and common areas great.
