The location was great. The breakfast at the Fortunata cafe was lovely. The pool area was so nice to hang out at! The bed was comfy and the bathroom was cool! The air con was strong and a great ceiling fan
We liked everything but maybe everyday provide water for the guests.

It’s close to the beach, the rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The guy who runs the “restaurant” is lovely and very helpful but this is not a hotel. We had the pool to ourselves.
There’s no reception desk, nobody really in charge. Restaurant guy is hands off with the accommodation. We didn’t see another soul staying there, the gardens are overgrown and the cleaners didn’t clean the used cups or glasses in the room or replace water bottles. We called the owner to complain. He sent people in to clean but the next day the same thing happened. The owner hung up on my friend the second time he called. We stayed 4 nights as we’d pre-booked but Canggu has changed so much in the past decade that we would have preferred to have moved on straight away.
