Relaxed and comfy

The location was great. The breakfast at the Fortunata cafe was lovely. The pool area was so nice to hang out at! The bed was comfy and the bathroom was cool! The air con was strong and a great ceiling fan

Nightclub across street ruined my stay

The breakfast and the people and the facilities… everything was great. The problem is I have had nothing to do with the hotel itself. It was the nightclub across the street, Mexicola.

The night club is so loud that the entire room shakes. All of the rooms in the hotel experienced this. It goes until three in the morning. It was the most horrible night in a hotel I’ve ever experienced. And the sad part is that it’s not the hotel’s fault.

Very good

Hosts were really friendly and they had friendly cats on site. 5 min walk to the beech and had a nice pool. Felt clean however I don't believe the room is entered by staff during your stay. Our shower did flood the bathroom but it was an outdoor bathroom so wasn't that much of an issue. Overall lovely staff good walking location and nice first stop for us.

Beautiful Property with Fantastic staff.

The staff were great and always helpful. A very relaxing place to stay with great food and coffee at the onsite restaurant Fortunata. There was some nigh club noise at night as you would expect near the beach at Canggu but ear plugs fixed that problem.

very good location! room was large and bed was comfortable

room had poor lighting and no Mirror in the bathroom. there was no reception but staff were quick to reply when messaged. Room wasn’t cleaned as we didn’t know we needed to pre request this. there wasn’t enough seating by the pool. otherwise it was a really good stay!

the room was pretty big and the aircon was good, great bathroom

the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything including other people’s phone alarms. it’s incredibly loud at night with multiple clubs nearby and fireworks. there’s no housekeeping of any kind in the rooms (we stayed three nights) and staff weren’t particularly welcoming when we arrived and then we never really saw anyone again. would say this felt more like a self contained apartment set up than hotel experience

Charles who attended at check out was very nice guy.

you can hear music from night clubs 300 meters away at night while trying to sleep in your room, no sound or light proof, absolutely non. if other guests talking or coughing you will hear them at 3am , you will hear the cleaner sweeping the walk path 6am too. no house keeping, no room cleaning during our stay whatsoever, the pool is not designed for swimming, no umbrellas or shades to sit by the pool, there is no reception desk , and any late check out after 11am not allowed, being close to beach you can expect lots of sands so not daily changing bed sheets or giving fresh towels wasn’t pleasant at all. not value for money accomodation . for that price we could have gone to 4 or even 5 star proper accomodation.

Geen direct aanspreekpunt op locatie. Wel via booking app te bereiken. Geluid, muziek snachts, maar dat is ook direct het voordeel van de locatie. Direct bij de bars en strand. Levendige locatie. Oordoppen liggen al klaar in de kamer voor het slapen

夜中の騒音がなければ最高でした。

部屋は広くベッドも快適でした。バリ島ならではの造りだったので虫が苦手な私は心配しましたが蚊に少し刺されただけでした。防虫対策がきちんとされてると感じました。ベッドメーキングは1日だけしてもらえなかった日がありましたがそれ以外は毎日きちんとされており常に清潔でした。スタッフの方々も笑顔で感じ良いです。特にホテル内のカフェの方々に大変お世話になりました。カフェのオーナー？の方には帰りのタクシーの手配を助けていただきました。女性スタッフのナナさんにはWi-Fiの不備の際などに助けていただき本当に助かりました。

昼間静かで快適でしたが夜中の隣のクラブからの騒音は酷かったです。耳栓をしても振動を感じるほどでした。これがなければ全て快適にすごせたした。夜で歩いて楽しむ方には良いかもしれません。早朝からサーフィンを楽しみたかったので私には向かなかったです。
