помешкання в жахливому стані, все старе, зношене, рушники слизькі і чорні, постіль з плямами, штори з цвіллю, до кухні краще не наближатися. гарно на фото, але жахливо в реальності. забронювала та оплатила на 8 ночей, і шокувалась, коли заїхала. на ранок після першої ночі надіслала запит на скасування і повернення коштів - адміністрація відхилила і відмовилась повертати кошти, посилаючись на правила скасування. я знову і знову доводила, що це скасування не через мої зміни в планах, а через неправдиву інформацію про їх житло в оголошенні і на фото. але марно. провела там дві ночі і виїхала. кошти не повертають, служба підтримки booking також ніяк не реагує на ситуацію, що також не додає лояльності і довіри платформі.

Konumu çok merkezi. Çok sessiz, sakin ve temiz bir tesis. Odalarımız her gün temizlendi, personel çok güleryüzlü. Ortak alanda mutfak var ve kullanabiliyorsunuz. Bizim işimize çok yaradı çünkü her akşam aynı şeyleri yemekten çok sıkılmıştık:) uzun süreli konaklama için mutfak çok iyi düşünülmüş.

Magnifique hôtel très bien situé

L’établissement est sublime, au calme et à proximité du centre de canggu (5 minutes en scooter). Tout étais parfait et j’ai été très impressionné par le rapport qualité prix ! Le personnel est également très souriant et disponible. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres, de même pour la cuisine partagée. Je recommande à 100% cet hotel qui mérite plus de visibilité !

Fijne accomodatie op een goede locatie

De locatie in Pererenan is echt top! De kamer was ruim en de binnentuin met zwembad is erg mooi! Vriendelijke personeel en we konden na het uitchecken onze koffers even laten staan.

Sommige dingen kunnen wat beter onderhouden worden. Er zat een vlek in ons kussen en er zaten vochtplekken op de muren. Onze douche was niet altijd warm
