Bedbug incident

The beds were comfortable and clean as far as we could see as well as the towels the hotel provided. Also, there is an elevator.

We had a bedbug in one of the beds, which came from the curtain right next to the bed. We caught the bedbug after we had a bite incident and reported it to the front desk with the live bedbug in a water bottle. However, the property didn’t offer any kind of support like a refund of any kind. In fact, in a later conversation with the property they stated that they survived additional expenses due to the disinfection and temporary closure of the room, which I guess was a big enough problem for them. I get that it was an accident since I am pretty sure it was the only bug there (i checked the bed) from a previous guest, however I am pretty bummed the property did not offer any kind of apology for this major inconvenience I suffered. I was polite enough and kept this issue quiet to prevent other guests from getting upset. Also, the parking situation is not ideal. Parking on the street is free in the whole neighborhood but it’s also pretty busy.

Good value and location.

The location is pretty good for both the city centre (15 minute walk) and Old Town (10 minute walk). The bedroom was a very good size with large balcony. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good value overall.

The bathroom was rather small with insufficient shelf space.

The fridge has a strange smell, the bad wasn’t that comfortable, there’s some mold in the bathroom, the AC didn’t work correctly as well as the TV.

A nice hotel with good location and amazing staff

I liked how the staff is treating us. They were very friendly and helpful - absolutely 10/10. The room had a nice big balcony. I liked the carpet in the room as well. The location was nice and close to the center, a walking distance of about 15 minutes. I liked the elevator because we received a nice room in the top floor.

The shower holding was broken but the staff were very thankful that I informed them and assured me they will fix it. One chair was also broken. The bed was not the best but also not the worst.

Car Break-In – Stay Away

Room was okay, clean and comfy. Staff was helpful, provided me the vacuum cleaner to clean all the glass shards and duct tape to tape the broken window and called the police.

I asked the staff if it was safe to park in front of the apartment and they confirmed it was. The next day, I found the window broken and my belongings stolen. Avoid this place.

Disapointing in all respects!

Our entire stay was marred by several negative aspects. Firstly, the hotel's location left much to be desired, and the condition of the rooms, particularly the permanently stained carpet, was highly unsatisfactory. The overpowering smell in the rooms only added to our disappointment. Furthermore, we encountered issues with basic amenities, such as a broken soap dispenser, which hindered our comfort. Another concerning aspect was the lack of clear communication regarding housekeeping services, as there was no signage to request assistance from the cleaning staff. Lastly, we were disheartened by the general aloofness displayed by most of the residents we encountered, save for the kind lady who greeted us on our first night. Adjacent to my children's room, there resided a group of rather peculiar individuals, all males, who displayed questionable behavior by smoking in the shared spaces. Furthermore, it was evident that the room was occupied by more than the recommended capacity for such a confined space. Their collective demeanor and appearance gave the impression of a potentially organized group, which was disconcerting and raised concerns about safety and security.

Good place, but you can hear anything

The location close to the city center and the comfy bed.

The sound proofing is missing almost entirely for the room at the ground floor (near the reception). I could even hear people breathing and not in a peaceful way (when some of them became violent in the lobby area outside my door) and also the windows didn't stop any of the sound from the street. Usually I am not bothered by this, but it was just like living in a cardboard box outside haha. :D

Location of the hotel is near the city center. Within 5-10 minutes walking, you can arrive almost everywhere.

Finding park places near the hotel is a big problem, if you come by car.

The staff was wonderful! The room was large, and the place literally had the best shower ever!

There was no breakfast. The location was okay since I had originally chosen it because of relative proximity to the train station. A bit closer to the city center would have been nice, but things worked out.

Nice, clean and tidy room with comfortable bed. The staff go out of their way to help in everything one might need. Very close to the centre; within easy walking distance for bus to/from airport. Good value for money. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to prospective visitors to Thessaloniki.
