It was OK but would stay closer to center of Rome if only staying for 2-3 days.

Table and chairs on the balcony were very moldy and uncomfortable. Also describing this as downtown made us think it was near Rome attractions when in reality it was in a neighborhood about 30 min outside of the tourist area.

Good place for family

Everything was good the place is a good location Daniele is a very good host and he helped us about many tips.

Excellent host, spacious apartment and amazing comfort.

The best part was the host. Daniele was not only friendly, he regularly checked on us. He was always prompt and super helpful. The other thing is the apartment is very spacious and very comfortable with air conditioning. Daniele packed amble amount of food for us and we couldn’t finish them even. All the cutleries and ample towels were provided along with a simple itenary for Rome tour

It would have been nice to have a washing machine. For long stays it’s necessary and there is no convenient system for laundry around the area. The other thing is the location is one hour away by bus and you have to take multiple Bus to reach the city. But then that’s why the property is bit lower in price than others

Rome is fantastic, and we will come back

Our stay at the apartment was absolutely wonderful! The place is large, spacious, and has air conditioning, which was very much appreciated. Daniela was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay — he recommended amazing restaurants and supported us at every step of our trip to Rome. It was really kind of him, and we felt truly cared for. The apartment also has two bathrooms, which turned out to be very convenient. Overall, our time in Rome was fantastic, and we will definitely come back to this place again!

A beautiful apartment which was perfect to come back to after a busy day sightseeing.

The property was incredibly spacious and beautifully kept. Having the large balcony was a huge plus. The host provided a well stocked fridge and other breakfast provisions which was an unexpected treat and much appreciated. The location was perfect too with excellent public transport links to the city centre and a supermarket across the road was ideal. The lift was very helpful being in the 6th floor.

Large spacious family apartment with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfy, there is 2 bathrooms and toilets, and a light breakfast supplied. Supermarket across the road and cafe also close by. Simonetta is a great host.

Not much to not like. Possibly distance from city centre although we had a car so didn't bother us. There is also a bus stop nearby.

Comfortable and close to amenities

Nice sized apartment on 6th floor with lift. 2 aircons that helped with the heat of summer. There is a main bathroom with a nice sized shower and a second very small bathroom connected to the smaller 1 bedroom. Nice to have a backup when you are a family. Other 2 bedrooms had loads of space. Nice balcony to enjoy sundowners😀 small kitchen but functional which has enough pots pans etc if you decide to cook in. Convenient supermarket across the road and 5min walk to bus stop. Fantastic pizzeria 100m from apartment block!

The breakfast consisted of pre packaged cakes and sweet things - not something we eat at all , never mind for breakfast. But the supermarket across the street is open from 8-8pm which has everything you need . Please also note that you need to pay your city taxes and the 150 Euro deposit in cash on arrival so make sure have enough!

clean apartment, much space, not touristic area

the breakfast is not a real breakfast - some longterm dry food, some tee/coffee/juice not sufficient for the duration of the stay and the number of inhabiltants. As there is a grocery on the opposite site of the street, it makes probably more sense for the owner to skip this option. Short windows for check-in / check-out (the owners do not live on the spot).

The Appartment is huge, there are 3 rooms, 1 lounge , 2 balconies, kitchen and 2 toilets. Appartment has fresh refurbishment. Owners are very friendly, regularly asking how are we and even provided free transfer to next hotel. 10/10, no dobts!

Apartment with all you need

There were 4 of us and the apartment is so spacious and clean. All necessary household facilities are available. Simonetta was very helpful and checked in on us on the second day to make sure we were settling in ok. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, no noise issue during night time and a supermarket is just across the road. Bus stops are also within walking distance (5 to 15mins) and the airport (Ciampino) is just 40 mins drive away.

Very clean, very friendly stuff. Breakfast includes joghurts, juices, bread and more. Shop across the street, great pizzerias and restaurants nearby, bus station few minutes away. Nice balcony, where you can enjoy morning coffee.

Great stay.

Apartment lovely and clean. Great shower. Hosts lovely and checked all was ok for us. Lovely selection of foods left for breakfast. Hosts even left an suggested itinerary of what to do each day.

A little out of the city but once got used to the bus and tram service all was good.

Super-Netter Gastgeber.

Der Gastgeber ist außerordentlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Solche Gastgeber sind selten. Kleine Probleme wuden durch den Gatsgeber kurzfristig gelöst.

Im 2ten Badezimmer befindet sich kein Waschbecken. Als Kaffemaschine gibt es nur einen Espressokocher(wie auf dem Foto) und einen Mini-Espresso-Kocher, dies ist für mehrere Gäste mit Kaffedurst zeitlich sehr aufwändig. Wir hätten uns mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten gewünscht(in den Schlafzimmern aber auch in der Küche). Leider sind auch keine Weingläser vorhanden.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Supermarkt gleich gegenüber und wenige Schritte entfernt ein kleines Restaurant mit leckeren Gerichten , sehr freundlicher Bedienung und sehr preiswert. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen.

Apartament spełnił moje oczekiwania w 100%. Bardzo przestronny, czysty, dodatkowo bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Właściciel był bardzo pomocny, kontakt mieliśmy przez cały pobyt.

Rome...you never forget your first

Duże i przede wszystkim czyste mieszkanie w bloku na 6 piętrze (jest winda), idealne dla grupy 5 osób. Zarządzający nim Daniele pomoże rozwiązać każdy Twój problem. W pobliżu bardzo dobra osteria z różnorodną pizza i pastą, park wokol Villa Doria Pamphili - idealny do porannego joggingu oraz komunikacja miejska do centrum Rzymu (autobus 44) lub Watykanu (autobus 982).
