The location is super: very central yet in a quiet street. The breakfast was delicious and we were made to feel very welcome: Cristian was extremely friendly and attentive.

Fantastic location

This was without a doubt one of the most memorable stays we have ever had. I would start by saying that the photos do not truly reflect the beauty of the place — in reality, everything is even more charming and welcoming. Cleanliness was absolutely impeccable, the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful (the kind of silence where you can truly hear your own thoughts), and the hospitality of our host, Cristian, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable city break. Always smiling, extremely kind and open, and very communicative, he recommended the best places to visit, eat and enjoy the city. Everything was simply perfect. As for the location, it could not be better: right in the city center, yet on a small and quiet street. We stayed on the third floor and slept wonderfully — the beds were very comfortable and the area was completely silent. All major attractions are within walking distance, including the Palm Tree Park. Despite being so central, the hotel is tucked away on a peaceful street close to many restaurants and terraces. Regarding breakfast, if you choose to have it at the property, Cristian prepares it himself. It is not a five-star hotel breakfast, but it is exactly what you need to start a day of exploring the beautiful city of Alicante: fresh, tasty and prepared according to your preferences. The selection is not very extensive, but everything is made with care and served with warmth and a smile. My only regret is that we stayed for just three days — I truly wish we could have stayed longer. Without a doubt, if I return, I will choose this place again and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Cristian, congratulations on everything you do! Please keep it up — when things are done with passion, they will always turn out beautifully!
