The breakfast was lovely , Location of the hotel was brilliant, close to beach shops and tram and the bus C6

The staff were very welcoming, communicative and helpful, the room is simple, but that's how I like it, the place is very clean, the water even to the 5th floor comes with good pressure, quickly and hot. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning unit, blinds facilities in the room were faultless. I enjoyed walking around the area and its safe and central. I would definitely recommend and return.
It could be a little noisy (other guests & outside/ traffic) but nothing to complain or spoil my stay. It would have been nicer to have a plug point near the desk top.

Good location. Easy to find, access. My only negative, the walls are very thin so could hear noise from neighbours

Great location, close to all tourist attractions and the beach.
It was a party or something, the noise was so bad that we had trouble sleeping.
