Location was great, decent rooms
Sofa but uncomfortable, cupboard didn't have a hanging rail so they'd put a cheap one in the living room. No lock on toilet, windows in living room screwed closed.

The location was very close to everything and we didn’t take public transportation at all. The apartment was clean and spacious. The receptionist was super nice and accommodating! I would definitely come back :)
We ran out of hot water and had to take a cold shower the first night and the walls are very thin. We could hear people outside, someone upstairs flushing the toilet and taking a shower. It did wake us up a few times.

has basic toiletries and kitchen cleaning supplies
can contact staff through apps during the stay
they ask to have much personal details over whatapps for registration, due to security we decline to offer through the phone, so we just do the check in after arrived,
poor sound proof, constantly hear people talking outside,
the mattress is lacking in support and blanket is thin and small, not enough for 2 people
the wardrobe is just a big box and has no hanging rail or shelfing
the sofa slumps and not comfortable to sit on, and if it is used as a sofabed, you hardly have enough space to walk,
the kitchen has just bit and pieces of odd utensils,
cleaniless has rooms for improvement,
it is a convenient but not comfortable stay for us
$$$$
