The room was clean and well maintained. It had a small balcony and plenty of windows to look out of / let the sun in. Bathroom was surprisingly big, bed was comfortable. WiFi, TV and air conditioning all worked. Great location as a starting point to wander in any direction. Ideal for solo travellers and couples.
There was an odd smell that came up through the sink drain, I don't imagine it's something they can do much about and I noticed it around different parts of Alicante, so not really the hotel's fault. Just worth mentioning. Lift is very small. Walls are pretty thin when it comes to soundproofing.

Location, and cleanliness
Very small room and in need of renovation, uncomfortable beds, dingy and narrow staircase, small lift, no tea/coffee making facilities, and no water in the vending machine on arrival
