Free parking, only 25 min flat walk to the main area by the fountain, very friendly staff, clean, breakfast not as great as in the pictures, also kettle on request, not in the room as shown in the pictures.

Hotel was a great location and good value and very clean.nice to be able to get a drink and food at the hotel.
My room (130) was next to the stairwell and the lift and could hear banging of the stair doors at all hours. There is no message on the doors for people to close quietly and lots of people used the stairs as lifts very busy.Sleep was extremely diificult.
