The location was stunning, our room looked out over the amazing beach.
Our transfer was waiting for us when we got off the boat even though we hadn't previously arranged it.
Staff were lovely.
Room was nice and had everything we needed.

Right on the beach
Didn’t realise you had to get taxi boat to it

Absolutely everything was perfect!

The location was so beautiful, clean water to swim right out the front. Beautiful sunsets of Maya bay. This was the best part about the resort.
The room was very run down, bathrooms were dirty and the shower was terrible. It felt more like camping than a resort.
Breakfast and food was very average. Some of the staff were not so friendly wish was disappointing. The ground were not looked after. Dead gardens and messy.

It was so close to the beach and very relaxed

Very beautiful location, we liked our bungalow with sea view and just a few steps to the beach. Friendly staff, they checked us in earlier and also transfer boat was waiting for us near ferry even though we didn’t ask about it ☺️Breakfast was included, good enough. And there was the best Tom yam in the restaurant 🙂
Smell in bathroom. But I think it’s common thing for Thailand

Nothing at all
We e-mailed the resort prior to arrival twice with no response.
We were not informed that we needed to get a long tail boat to the resort.
The images they advertise the resort as are absolutely the opposite to what you get.
The bungalow was so dirty with insects and cobwebs all over the ceiling.
Holes in the ceiling, the bathroom was full of mould, the sink was disgustingly dirty the taps were so rusty you did not want to touch them.
The furniture was in total disrepair and falling apart.
The fridge in the room looked like it had never been cleaned.
The curtains were all the the wrong way round and not the same, the bed was so hard my partner and I could not sleep and felt like we had broken backs the next day.
The patio outside was dirty with broken tiles.
The outside areas are dirty and really do need cleaning up.
When we spoke to the staff at reception they were rude and said housekeeping had cleaned the room and could do it again, however the resort was full and could not change our room. When I asked to speak to the manager they said there wasn’t one.
We checked out the next day despite having to pay a lot of money to stay here they refused to refund us the money and then charged us to go back to the mainland.

Location
Aircon low on gas. Small shower, no shower head holder. Poor water pressure.

Loved staying at Long Beach with resort located directly at the beach (although we were in a bungalow at the back an had no view) it was very close to the most beautiful beach with soft white sand, clean water and spectacular view. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Staff were lovely.
Rooms do need updating, especially the bathroom

Loved the location, quiet clean and comfortable private beachfront villa, access to amazing beach, cute cats wandering around. Very nice staff and easy access to book tours and boat taxis. Also a fun walk from town. Oh and the massages on site were excellent.
The one restaurant. Breakfast buffet was very limited. No eggs.

Great location, lovely to be on the beach and only a 30 minute walk to the main town, nice to have free water and coffee every day
Breakfast was quite basic and didn’t change, we had a bungalow on the beach which was great however the rooms needed to be updated

Hotel was lovely, good breakfast, large room , beach was gorgeous.
I wish that the walk to the hotel from the pier was made easier. As with baggage it can be quite difficult in bad weather conditions. Just a few steps or more rope would have made a large difference.

Nothing!!
Pictures provided makes the rooms and property look well maintained and clean. Not representative of what you see when you get there. Property is very rundown. Shower had mold all over in the tile. There was no hand soap provided in the bathroom to wash hands. Beds were ok but not the best. Room itself was outdated, run down and smelled like mold. Front desk was not helpful and not friendly. Water taxi service has you if you want to go to the pier. I would never suggest anyone to stay at this so called resort!

Amazing location! Located on long beach which is so much quieter than other areas. We had a room that opened onto the beach which was amazing!

Literally on the beach, with a nice ropes off area for swimming (although the long tail bots did go in it a couple of times). A great view and an amazing beach.
The food was nice, albeit a little expensive. A 25 minute walk into the main town with the shortcut.
The staff were absolutely amazing!
There isn’t much to do around the property, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Just be prepared to go into town a few times if you’re staying for a week or so.

We didn’t stay long enough!

the resort felt worn out and old and un kept. we are room issues with water leaks

The location was beautiful , very quiet fantastic massage for very cheap
The beds were very very hard , I didn’t get much sleep , the food wasn’t great at all, the staff would give me a t/bag for breakfast , wanted me to drink stewed tea, the location of the property is too far from the main part of the island , getting in and out of the long tail boat very dangerous, I was knocked into the boat and split my eye open, needed 6 stitches

Beach front Villa with View to Phi Phi Le Island was fantastic.
Didn’t like the automatic light up mirror in bathroom

Excellent location. I took the beachfront villa with the open air shower. The restaurant and the mini supermarket are great too. Beer prices are nominal for an island where there aren’t other options
Missing toiletries. No dental kit provided upon request either. Water pressure too low in villa 902

The location on Long Beach was perfect for us. Quiet, but still within walking distance from the main town. Alternatively you could take a taxi boat for 100 baht/person to get there. Also the hotel provided a free shuttle boat on departure day.
Breakfast was huge and delicious and we would also recommend the hotel's restaurant for the evening. The room was large and convenient and included outside showers to remove sand from your feet.
Could perhaps have been slightly cheaper but other than that it was quite nice.

The beach is the most beautiful exactly on this hotel territory. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Bungalows really need some maintenance, bathrooms need some deep cleaning :) AC is programmed on specific mode, you can’t change it. Restaurant is alright, but there is better option in the nearby hotel.

The best thing about this resort is the location right on Long Beach.
Tea was watered down and instant coffee at breakfast was horrid. Our room was smelly. The staff seemed extremely unhappy. There was a lot of tension between staff and the owner or management. We felt uncomfortable eating breakfast buffet as we were watched the whole time. Leftovers were served at breakfast from dinner, old fruit salad was served multiple days when uneaten. Dinner tasted like leftover lunch. Staff would all sit there pretending that they were working, however they never noticed any details such as there is no teaspoon left, or a table was wobbly. The staff was on auto mode and does not care. If we were to do it over again, we'd stay a bit closer to town & all the amenities & convenience and head to Long Beach for the day and not have to go into town everyday to get freshly cooked meals or pay extortionate prices for old food.

The view from the room was amazing, the room was really spacious too
It was abit too close to the restaurant and when we were sat out people who were walking up the restaurant were always looking into our room, also we would not go for an outdoor bathroom again because of all the bugs/ mosquitoes

The hotel is in a beautiful location with the most amazing beach and sunsets. The hotel itself is looking tired and is in need of repair. If these things aren’t as important as getting the view and shaded beach u see mangrove trees then go for it. The food is pretty good with a wide range dishes.. wouldn’t be enough choice for a week.. but for a few days it’s perfectly ok. The beds were comfy and ac worked. The best/worst thing is that to get to phi phi town (by the pier) is the need to either walk up and over the Viking resort (40 mins) or get one of long tail boats. 100 bht each way daytime and 150 after 6pm. It’s quite perilous getting 5 suitcase at high tide off a boat into the beach .. but all good memories 😃!

The massage area was amazing, right in front of a little beach, away from busy main area on the island, staff was very helpful and waiting for us at the pier on our arrival to take us to the hotel, bed was great, sheets felt amazing, restaurant staff was top notch, food was good
Rooms need an update. The whole place needs an update. The grounds themselves are not kept up so it looks a bit ghetto in that regard with overgrown weeds etc. The "beach front" rooms are in front of the beach, but the public sidewalk is also in front of your view. So you can't leave your shades open and enjoy the view from your room without the world also walking by and seeing your room, so that was not relaxing to me. there's nothing the property can do about it since that is how it is built, but the extra fee to stay in those types of rooms is not worth it due to lack of privacy. Also if you want a real beach towel, bring your own.

Location amazing especially the beachfront bungalows.
The room and entire resort is very tired and desperately needs maintenance. The staff were lazy and absolutely miserable. Some very questionable management going on.

Location is insane, most beautiful place. Staff so friendly and helpful. Rooms were really nice, worth getting the beachfront room.
Food was pretty av tbh but you're not staying here for the food. Eat in town or just eat at the hotel, it's find but not very tasty.

The staff was so helpful, and welcoming 🙏, great food by the beach.
The boat taxis , for a family of 4 , it 400 baht each way, at least 4-5 we had to change boat due to no fault of our own. The walk us roughly 45mins .
8.0 / 10.0
The breakfast and the beach was amazing! 10 m walking to the beach that is never crowded since you need a boat to get hrer from teh main pier whch most tourists dont do. Of you like quite and peace that is the place for you.
The massage place was closed and did not seem to be opening anytime soon. To get to the main part of teh island you need to take a long tail boat which is 100bath per person but runs whenever you want.
