Great location with parking (when not too busy)
Bathroom needed attention. Peeling paint around the window and mouldy silicone. Disappointing over cooked and hard burger in the restaurant.

Room was too hot and bed rather too hard

Helpful accommodating and very friendly staff, the hotel was very attractive.
The size of the bed! It was a double 4’6” and nowadays that s unusual in hotels. A 5ft her would have made for a more comfortable nights sleep. There is room for a slightly bigger bed. The rest of the room was lovely. Both the bedroom & the bathroom were immaculately clean and equipped with everything we needed.

Excellent evening meal. Standard double room was quite small but comfortable.

The room was comfortable, clean and warm
Food was very good, but dinner menu needs to be a bit clearer in what you get with the dish, eg potatoes, chips etc
Nothing I can think of

Staff were super-friendly and they upgraded our small room to a bigger and more comfortable one on the second night. Overall the team could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good with local bacon and sausages and home-made granola etc.
The evening meal felt very hit and miss. Staff were great - and service was well organised, but the food didn't quite get it right. There are better options locally at a similar price point.

The food was very good and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
We stayed in Room 10, which was a ground floor double room, with it's own access off of the High Street. What let it down was the constant sound of people walking around in the room/s above, both in the evening and early morning.

Lovely quiet village with the pub situated a short walk from the quayside. 17th century coaching inn that had all the history but not the drafts! Good modern rooms, lovely pub atmosphere. Good food and drinks. We were in the area for a seal watching trip and as long as you have a car it’s a great location to have day trips from.

Nice rooms, comfy bed. Close to Blakeney point
Tired interior in restaurant. All chairs worn, doesn’t look good or show they care about what their customers see

Great position in the village close to the sea. The room was very comfortable. And it is a very nice pub, but there were a few concerns.
Food was limited in its choice or a Sunday and it’s amount of somewhat limited as well. The breakfast even tasted well was also somewhat on the small side and the cod the evening before I think was not cooked fully through.

The White Horse was a lovely stay. Ample parking, super friendly and helpful staff and the food was nice in the evening and also in the morning for breakfast.
There were electric heaters in the room rather than radiators, they were fine but it took a little while for the room to warm up on a cold day that we arrived on.

Lovely, peaceful accommodation. Room was well equipped and had plenty of space. The excellent quality of the toiletries was noted, as were the tea tray drinks and biscuits. An enjoyable breakfast was served in a nice dining area. Plenty of places that can be walked to from the location,
There was limited parking on arrival, but they are places to park near by. The rooms would not be easily accessible if you have mobility issues or have had one too many to drink(!) as there are some awkward, twisty stairs.

The room was very nice and the decor of the hotel was very nice too.
On the day we arrived we had pre booked a evening meal but the manager said there was no food as there was a problem in the kitchen, he went on to tell us we should have had a e mail to tell us this, well ok but you dont read your e mails while driving down do you, then i received a mail saying i had cancelled the meal not so, we were offered a spot for a meal in another town about 7 or 8 miles away but we had already had a drink by then.
So for the 3 nights no food was cooked and the hotel other than the odd guest was totally empty and worse was over the length of the stay they couldn't even offer us a concessionary drink, it was an awful stay.

Location with plenty of parking.,breakfasts were good and were inclusive with our stay
Rooms were stuffed full of furniture, and should be replaced with a stand for out suitcases. Had evening meal there on arrival but it was poor and didn’t repeat on subsequent evenings. Apparently the place is up for sale. Didn’t ever see the owners

All the staff at The White Horse were kind, proactive and helpful. We had a few questions about the area while we were there and they were happy to help. One of us is also gluten intolerant and the staff at both dinner and breakfast were very accommodating, taking the time to discuss allergens and what dishes could and could not be adapted.
The location in the centre of Blakeney was perfect for us, and the stylish, comfortable room was just what we needed after a long day of walking.

The family suite was beautiful. Plenty of space and stylish. My Daughter loved the bunk beds.
The only issue we had on the second night were very noisy guests upstairs and running around the room which was very loud in the room below. Nothing the hotel could have done about this.

Pleasant, warm, clean and helpful staff
People with mobility problems should note that access to some rooms involves a narrow twisting staircase and several changes in level.
Seems that the refurb was done about 4 years ago and some items are in need of repair: window catches, continually running WC flush, curtain headers.

The room was clean and comfortable and had a very good view of the harbour. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had one lunch at the restaurant which was very nice, we also had a full English breakfast one morning which was of a reasonable standard.
We had an evening meal on the Sunday evening three of us had roast beef and unfortunately the meat was inedible as it was so tuff we were unable to cut it. Give the staff their due they were very apologetic and removed the three meal from the bill. Also we had porridge for breakfast one morning and it was so gloopy you could have used it to build a house.
