About this house rental
You can see the beach from the driveway of this charming vacation rental. And you can also walk to the beach from the quiet lane at the back of the property. Great for kids and the same distance.
Located on the bay side of Eastham, this home is within 2 miles of many attractions in Eastham as well as the Wellfleet Audubon, Flea Market, Drive-In Theater and Cinemas. Cooks Brook beach is only 3/10th of a mile away and Nauset Light beach on the ocean side is approximately 3 miles away. The Rail Trail Bike path can be accessed via Aspinet Road and crossing Route 6 to Nauset Road 1.2 miles away.
The first floor of this home offers a separate kitchen, combination dining and living room, full bathroom with tub/shower, laundry closet, bedroom with one double bed, and a bright, spacious sunroom.
The second floor has another full bathroom with shower, one bedroom with a queen bed, and one bedroom with three twin beds (two twin beds are pushed together to make a king).
There is a huge deck that expands along the side of the house and an enclosed outdoor shower on the same side.
Additional amenities include: wireless internet, one television with cable downstairs, and one television with DVD player only upstairs, dishwasher, gas grill, hair dryer, three window air conditioning units in each bedroom, 4 adult beach chairs, one child sized, one smaller adult beach chair without arms, one umbrella, beach tube, couple boogie boards and two beach wagons. Sheets and Towels are not provided.

Very happy with this cottage a short walk to the bayside. Clean, well stocked, and comfortable for our family of 5.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this home. The short distance to the beach was as advertised and perfect to save money on beach parking passes. Road is a little busy BUT there are plenty of people walking, running and biking on the road throughout the day. House was clean and really no complaints. It truly felt like a home away from home.
