About this house rental
This quintessential Cape Cod Cottage is just a short walk down a quiet sandy road to a private Association Beach. The 3 bedroom, ranch style home with updated bathroom is the perfect spot to relax after a sunny, beach filled day.
The house includes a fully stocked kitchen and family room with flat screen TV/DVD/Blu Ray player/Cable and Wireless Internet. The sliding glass doors open up to a sunny deck and let the natural light pour into the home. 3 Bedrooms including 2 with Queen beds and oversized 3rd bedroom that includes 3 twin beds. Guests need to provide their own linens (sheets and towels are NOT provided)
The outside space includes a private back yard, a deck with picnic table to enjoy al fresco dining, several Adirondack chairs around the fire pit to sit and enjoy the starry night, as well as both a gas and a charcoal grill. Unwind in the large updated outdoor shower to rinse off when you return from the beach. Washer and dryer included in basement. Complimentary wagons provided to bring your beach chairs, coolers, and sand toys to the beach.
If you prefer a day at the ocean, The National Seashore is just a short 5 minute drive. Plenty to do to keep busy in the area including restaurants, a step back in time at the Drive-in Theatre, mini golf, hiking, biking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, bird watching, golfing, and shopping. Everything you need is close at hand yet far enough away to get lost in Cape Cod.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy family and pet friendly home- it had everything we needed and the wooded location within walking distance to Cooks Brook beach was perfect! Our host Sarah was super responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this home.
