Great place built as an extension of an old house in Mestia. Renovation is relatively recent, rooms were simple, clean and with not much damage. Large bathroom was a big plus and the breakfast was excellent. In the evening we ate in the restaurant downstairs and the meal was very good. Beautiful view from our window. Staff were super helpful and friendly.
The room itself is quite small - we only stayed one night and were travelling just with backpacks, but people travelling with suitcases might struggle within the limited space.

Great place with everything that you might need. Located near the central street of Mestia. But far enough to be a silent and peaceful place. The terrace view is something outstanding. A joy for the eyes, really Also want to highlight breakfast and the dining room as a whole. Super tasty and cozy, literally feel like home My family and I enjoyed our stay, and we definitely would prefer Old House next time
Two things might be better: 1. Wifi is too slow in pick time 2. Tea and coffee in the room. There was a teapot but no supplies

Location, nice terrace, good shower
No air con of fan in the room. Noisy. We had to ask for teabags etc. description and photos are booking.com website are misleading (eg executive lounge access doesn’t exist).
