GergHouse is the great place to start Etseri - Ushguli hike, very easy to reach from the main road leading to Mestia.
The room is clean, comfortable with new furniture. Facilities are shared, but very modern and clean as well.
Food was fantastic!

We have started our 6 day trek to Ushguli here. An ideal location. They advised us where to park our car for a week. We found a car without cows scratches.
Food was good and plentiful. Room clean, warm and comfortable. Good shared bathroom / shower.
- No Wi-Fi (mobile reception of beeline/magti is good)
- Hosts gave us the least welcoming feeling comparing to any other guest house in 2 years travelling of Georgia.
- They rounded payment into their favour without asking (fee GEL, but still)
