Great cozy place for winter vacation. Good location as well.

Location is right in front of Furi lift and ticket office is nearby, very warm - can regulate heat well, someone comes to clean once midway through our 1 week stay, easy to communicate with owner, kitchen has needed essentials. It’s great to have a kitchen! Owner made payment easy and was kind enough to order us a taxi upon leaving the property. Get bread delivered every morning.

Would be nice to have laundry; beds, pillows, couch and shower door could be updated; bedroom has a curtain instead of door. Overall it’s great, just think about if you will be comfortable across 3 floors with the bathroom and closet being downstairs. You are essentially paying for location.

Location, location, location!!! Literally right next to the ski lift and quick walk to main part of town. Many amenities, super-cute place with amazing owner. Pastries delivered every morning!

The pillows were a bit flat, but overall this was a very minor thing.

What was not to like. The location is perfect for accessing the ski hill and after a long day of skiing the ski out run, literally ends just below the chalet! The chalet is small but very well setup so that 4 grown men still had room. Diana was a perfect host. We had Pain du Chocolate dropped off a few times and she arranged a taxi for a way out of Zermatt. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The little chalet is bigger then you would think. Perfect ski trip!!
