Living area and pool area are beautiful and very comfortable. Cinema room is great. Breakfast was yummy. Staff friendly and very helpful. Location was great.

The staff were what made this Villa exceed all of our expectations. There was such care and attention to detail, and we were immediately made to feel at home. Anton would come back all the way to the Villa past work hours to help us out with things that were outside of his scope. He even personally came and sent us off to the airport. The rooms were so clean, food was devine, and the location was superb, just a short walk away from heaps of food. Thank you Casa Mateo family! Hope to see you all again one day. Selalu Sehat !

环境地理位置及房间设施非常不错，但是我预定了6个房间一整栋别墅，在到达别墅时告知我只定了四个房间，我反复检查我的booking是否预定错误，再非常肯定我没有预定错误之后，别墅管家告诉我需要加钱每天200美金才可以使用其他的房间，这令人非常无语！最后我们没有选择加钱，别墅赠送了一个阁楼小房间给我们使用，最大的豪华房间被锁住，这很令人生气！另外别墅的女管家非常无力和种族歧视，再制作早餐时不愿意为我的黑人朋友提供更多的鸡蛋！我的其他种族朋友和男性朋友的所有要求都满足！这令人震惊！希望酒店的主人可以尽快更换令人讨厌的的女管家！并且给我一个答复为什么最后那个房间没有给我们使用并且需要我们加钱！我们损失的一个房间费用如何处理！
