Very good and Sam was very obliging
Property was run down. We were not advised that the spa bath was not working neither was the bide. And the noise (Music) from nearby was incredibly disturbing.

Really spacious villa which has everything to stay in a big group or celebrate the events. It was very clean, well maintained and with big swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and useful. Villa manager Hery and the team were always available, efficient and in the same time not invasive . The complimentary taxi transfers service, massage and in-house chef made the atmosphere really unforgettable. Definitely we will consider this villa for any other event or Bali visit in big group

The space was amazing.
Price amazing.
Location amazing..
Bed sheets and plates clean.
Security very nice.
Driver given was the best..mr wayan.....made our trip amazing....
Cleanliness ....bad....everything was dirty...the floor...the lamps....the sofa....the tables.....all oily and dirty.
The caretaker kept taking a break.
Breakfast was boring as they make the same everyday.
Building needa renovations.....water kept going off
