Ketut and her staff were amazing. She helped us plan all of days when leaving the villa. She was so much help.Her staff were constantly cleaning up and making sure we had everything we needed. This is a great option for a big group. We had 9 Adults and 11 children. Highly recommend.

This property is Totally FABULOUS! All the rooms are beautifully decorated. The two pools are Gorgeous and the space is very Spacious and Welcoming. Most of all staff were such Beautiful and Caring individuals. The property manager Ketut was an Absolute remarkable person. She is so Wonderful and was Always available when we needed her. Benni was so Great. They both are Remarkable.

We were so happy and pleased with our stay at this villa! It was amazing. Ketut our manager and the staff were so accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed- rides, massages, meals- even with short notice. The villa is beautiful, everything was clean. We were very comfortable with the staff and felt safe. The villa is a short ride to the beach and shopping.

Had a group of 23 adults, and Zenissima gave us plenty of room with 2 pools and lots of sunbeds. Kitchen is fully equip and also supplied filtered cold water.Location was within walking distance to Seminyak shops and restaurants.Staff are lovely and can book and order you anything from bikes, tours, food and massages in the Villa.As travel agent I highly recommend Villa Zenissima and would definitely go back.
