The location was a perfectly convenient. Property itself was very nice. Though the wood planks on the pool deck were old the pool was amazing and big. Shout out to the staffs for being attentive and going the extra mile.

We first came to Ziva for our honeymoon 13 years ago and decided to stay here again, this time with our 3 children. The 3 bedroom villa exceeded all expectations!
Staff were so welcoming and it truly felt like coming back home. Special thanks to Julie for making our stay so smooth and accommodating. They had made our bed beautifully upon arrival welcoming us back home. Angie and Ayka were wonderful too.
Breakfast was 10/10 many options to choose from and also an option for floating breakfast.
House keeping was 10/10. Bedding was changed daily and pool was cleaned daily as well. cleaning throughout the villa was thorough.
Spent 4 days here and we only left the villa once. Villas are completely private and quiet too.
We would love to come back again!

I liked the size of the pool — it was spacious and perfect for relaxing.
We are 100% sure we paid for breakfast in cash, but at checkout, they denied it and made us pay again.
The food quality was not good.
The housekeeping was disappointing. They only arranged the bed and didn’t actually clean the villa.
