CANGGU BRAND NEW 6Bed VILLA! BEST LOCATION! A STEP-FREE Design Highlight for Families & Friends

We had a wonderful welcome from Inchan! She was incredibly helpful and kind! Contact with the owner, Luna, was also excellent! Unfortunately, within 45 minutes of arriving, my father-in-law had a medical accident (he fainted and hit the ground hard, and subsequently developed major medical issues that required surgery and hospitalization). We were also in a foreign country where we didn't know anyone and didn't know how to contact emergency services. Inchan immediately helped us by racing to a doctor on her scooter, and she eventually managed to get a doctor to the villa as quickly as possible. It was all a nightmare for her, but the owner's understanding was also very kind and helpful! We had to pay for the villa upon arrival, but Luna let us settle things first and didn't ask for the money herself. That was really nice! We had breakfast every morning, which was freshly made by Inchan, and nothing was too much trouble. Due to the medical accident, we unfortunately weren't able to fully enjoy the villa, but despite everything, we were very happy to be in good hands! The location is great in Canggu, and you're away from the hustle and bustle, allowing you to relax in the villa with its pool! Thanks again, Inchan (and Maria) and Luna, for everything! Also for the delicious pancakes!
