Sin Nombre is absolutely fantastic, the butler service and staff truly elevate the entire experience. I haven’t stayed anywhere warmer or more thoughtfully run around Canggu. The location is ideal if you’re getting around by bike or using ride-hailing - it’s just 5–10 minutes from all the best spots and about 3 minutes from Berawa. Honestly, I almost didn’t want to write this review because it feels like one of those best-kept secrets, but it’s simply too good not to share. This is my second stay here, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Very clean, staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The WhatsApp chat was very quick. The staff were lovely.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Springs in back/ not good quality. We requested a mattress topper or extra blankets to lay on over the days we were there. We were advised they would provide and in the 6 days we kept being told they were out of toppers.
The pool was green for 2 days and no accomodations were made to use the private pool until late the night before we flew out.
