Perfect Location good staff.

The rooms are large and clean, the staff is very friendly, and parking is free. The breakfast is excellent - in a large area and varied. The facility is close to the center.

The only problem is that there are not enough sockets in the room. And there is no lift.

Cycling holiday

The location is as good as it gets. The staff are fantastic. Rooms are very good size but could do with modernising. Breakfast was good. I went beginning of September.

My room had a walk- in shower but was very small. A good size ensuite good size room but it could all do with a refurbishment then it would be very special.

Absolutely fabulous, excellent location to start hiking immediately from the hotel or 3 min to the lift, rich and tasty breakfast and five stars friendly staff (owners) with very good advices, recommendation and extremely helpful to plan your hikes or ferrata.

Happy and satisfied

We had a very pleasant 2 nights stay! We were comfortable and had rich breakfasts! The staff was very nice and attentive.

There was no a/c (not a problem itself because it was fresh enough during the night) and opening the window we were bothered from the noise of cars and trucks.

1. The nicest, friendly people we ever met in whole Italy. 2. Whole family who runs hotel, with very friendly and charming staff. 3.Location - close to city centre, shop, bakery, mountains, lake. 4. Hotel have parking lot, narrow streets but you can handle. 5. CLEAN! Room, towels, hot water (sounds basic but belive me how many other hotles doesnt have it...). 6. BIG nutritious breakfasts, fresh fruits, coffe, bread, ham, eggs, pancaces, butter, croissant, honey, cheese and more and more... I strongly recommend when going to mountains, big energy reserve. 7. Comfy beds. 8. Peace and quiet. 9. Undergeound restaurand with great view on mountains. 10. Lots of information from the owner and his family about the city, mountains and all kinds od stuff every question was answred - thank you. Really its was nice to have a conversation with them. 11. Wifi was okay - sometimes it hang after 11 PM but we were there not for the Wifi.

A bit older look of a hotel but still really nice place, could feel older days. Its a bit hard to get to the 3rd floor with all bagage without lift but its was OK not really a big thing to talk about :-)

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything. The owners of the hotel, but also all the staff extremely nice, helpful and open. It is worth taking advantage of the hosts' advice on mountain tours or ferratas, they know what they are talking about :-) The hotel is very clean, the breakfasts are tasty, the staff is helpful and caring!

The only discomfort is leaving the parking, it requires deliberate movements so as not to scratch the car :-)

Very kind, helpful host, beautiful area, view from breakfast room and the terrace is awesome! Covid safe breakfast rules, central location and the private parking makes this place absolutely recommendable.

Pleasant

The bathroom was very clean with a nice shower. The breakfast was very good, a wide choice of food and the staff was very friendly and willing to help us.

The building and rooms are rather old. We didn't like that our room had a smell of cigarettes. The beds were also not very comfortable.

The staff and owners were excellent, they were incredibly accommodating and were very friendly and personal at all times. the food in the restaurant and the breakfast were very enjoyable, they easily met our requirements as we needed an early breakfast for a sporting event we were attending that day. The hotel was incredibly clean and we felt very at home.

Secondo me il bagno cieco, ma vuole essere considerazione non censura, richiede una maggior portata dell'aspiratore, soprattutto in una camera con tre letti. Le turche aperte su un lato dovrebbero agevolare il prelievo della polvere da sotto il letto, ma non sembra sia così.

Hotel en un bonito pueblo de montaña. Buen desayuno. El personal muy amable, nos ayudaron a elegir nuestra ruta hacia el Lago Coldai.

Instalaciones algo antiguas. Por la noche no encontramos sitio en el parking, estaba lleno.

Proprietari e personale gentilissimi. Posizione molto comoda (anche per una vacanza estiva, non solo per la vicinanza all’impianto del Civetta), parcheggio della struttura in qualche modo sempre disponibile. Il tutto ha reso la vacanza in famiglia “comoda” e rilassante…direi perfetta!

Una estancia genial

Todo fue muy correcto. La habitación cómoda y práctica, y el personal amable y servicial. El desayuno buffet sorprendente en variedad y calidad, con mucha bollería casera y productos muy variados. Y el pueblo de alleghe junto al lago muy bonito, perfecto para visitar.

La única salvedad que podría ponerse al hotel es la falta de ascensores - es cierto que está totalmente indicado en las descripciones pero creo que puede ser importante destacarlo.
