Comfortable hotel within walking distance of the ski lifts. Breakfast had good variety and staff were accommodating.

The property was within walking distance of the ski lifts and easy to find. The room was a comfortable size for two people and the view from the balcony was nice to wake up to. Ski storage was available and staff were accommodating. Breakfast had a lot of options and was convenient.

The shower curtain in the shower did not hold any water in so the floor was very wet around the shower and toilet. No other issues.

Correct breakfast - buffet with all you need. Rooms as expected, spacious enough and all utilities needed. Nice view from the balcony, clean, very friendly staff

Bathroom, although very clean, was very very small. Also, the double bed had basically 2 single mattresses adjoined, thus not very confy on the middle side :). No big deal, as I was alone.

It takes quite a time for hot water to run. Breakfast very basic - bread/croissant + butter + jam or one type of ham and cheese. Eggs only hard boiled and not good at all. Not even single piece of veggie or fruit.

Struttura posizionata esattamente in centro ad Alleghe, per noi che abbiamo soggiornato in inverno a cavallo dell’ultimo dell’anno c’è sicuramente da fare una doverosa menzione positiva alle camere calde, e acqua molto calda, il cibo è molto buono, a colazione sono sicuramente da consigliare i pancake buonissimi, e poi il personale è davvero speciale, accogliente e super disponibile, ma anche semplice, caloroso e gentile, insomma ti fanno sentire a casa, se non meglio😂. Torneremo!

Inizialmente stanza fredda (poi a nostra richiesta è stato aumentato il riscaldamento) Anche la hall sempre fredda Non è stato specificato dal personale che il buffet fosse a pagamento in quanto detto che il menù era alla carta quindi pagato anche il costo del buffet (scarso). C’erano solo due piatti più sfiziosi per il resto qualche verdura cotta e cruda Il letto matrimoniale presentava una testiera letto che diventava una mensola per cui facile continuare sbattere con la testa Prese comodino inesistenti Bisogna spostarlo e staccare la presa lampada Per il rapporto qualità prezzo non ci siamo, ci sono hotel che costano meno e che sono mantenuti meglio offrendo anche più servizi

Bel extérieur, gros besoin de rafraichissement et de rénovation des salles de bains.

Lhôtel est proche du joli lac, extérieurement il est joli. A noter, la bonne tenu de l'établissement, propreté tout à fait bien (même si chambres et surtout salles de bans totalement obsolétes).

Très bruyant, en bordure de la seule route qui traverse, les chambres du 1er étage côté rue sont impossibles niveau sonore (1ère nuit, après nous avons changé). Les salles de bains sont de 1950 ... complétement hors standard actuel (bac de douche bru avec rideau de douche et tringle). Petit déjeuner assez basique, produits très standards/de base.

Albergo conduzione famigliare, molto accogliente, colazione molto buona sia salato ,che dolce, lo staff è attento a tutte le richieste . Camere pulite e accoglienti, pelosi accettati , non è facile trovare strutture che amano animali. Lo consiglio a chi come noi ha una pelosa educata che può rimanere anche da sola x escursione in camera.

Come tanti alberghi che sono sulla strada i rumori li senti , poi ci fai l’abitudine. Le campane della chiesa che suonano dalle 7 alle 21 sono peggiori delle moto e voci . Ma ti svegliano x camminare .

PRECIOSO HOTEL FRENTE A LA IGLESIA Y EL LAGO.

Ubicación perfecta, junto al lago y frente a la iglesia. Hotel muy bonito, habitación cómoda con una terraza estupenda que le daba la vuelta. Personal muy amable (la recepcionista hablaba español) y buen desayuno. Aparcamiento en garaje por 10 euros día. Al lado pizzerías, restaurantes, tiendas... Muy recomendable. Y con precio ajustado teniendo en cuenta el sitio.

El único pero que la bañera era muy grande en relación con el tamaño del cuarto de baño y resultaba un poco incómodo moverse; aunque tampoco resultó una gran pega.
