Just horrible! aside from the nice people at the reception everything was BAD! dirty, stuffy, no air circulation, it was an attic and the ceiling was hot and so low that we bumped our heads every time we got up from the bed and stood up, you couldn't even stand in the shower, the floor was super slippery and the shower head aimed toward the floor and the door to the shower, everything got wet and we had to use almost all of the towels, you couldn't open the door to the balcony to get some air because of the neighboring building and mosquitoes, the cooking smell from their kitchen was so strong it was disgusting, the mattresses were old and sunk, the room was suffocating. they gave us a small fan but it didn't help much. we were not able to sleep it was so hot. just horrible!!!!!!!

Amazing!

Amazing location the lake in front the mountains in the back... Good location to visit the main attractions nearby within 30min to 90min travel time with the car. Parking also included in front of the hotel. Also great stuff and great food.

Worthy hotel with incredible view

The location is fabulous, it was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Internet connection was strong and stable. Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee wasn't tasty in the coffee machine, but you can order it on the bar and it would be also included in the breakfast. Along with that a great restaurant is located in the hotel. If you like red wine I would recommend to try Lagrein Urban Tramin from the neighbourhood region. The hotel has two parkings so there was no problem to find a place. Also I was travelling with a dog and it's great that hotel is pets friendly.

A Good Hotel

It is a decent hotel located next to Lago Di Alleghe, depending on your room you'd either have s beautiful view or a view overlooking the city. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of options and the restaurant is very interesting as the menu is frequently changing and the half board option wasn't too pricy.

A small clothing line on the balcony would be good.

We will not return

The location

The rooms were too bare and badly decorated. The carpet was old. The wardrobes and all storage highly inefficient We were there in July and there was no air conditioning or fans. The one bathroom for four people had no ventilation, no storage and toiletries were limited to one soap dispenser in the shower and one by the sink. Parking was also extremely limited. We were happy to leave. Will not return.

Charming hoetl on the lake

I liked a lot the location. The hotel is just in front of the lake. I went for a run in the morning around the lake and it was great. The views of the mountains are beautiful.

good location but if you stay in room 112 prepare to feel like your in hell! The heat along with the smell of the kitc

location was good but they had a street fair and couldn’t get out the parking garage.

the property was old, the carpet was not in good shape and the beds were poor quality. The worse thing was the kitchen exhaust was directly below my window in room 112 and the heat would rise up and the smells were not good and the noise was loud past 10:00 pm.
