Nice stay for a Dolomiti visit

The place is on the lake, we take a lake view room, so the view was breath taking. The young man Mourad who well come us, was super helpful and kind, sending best regards to him. He make our staying as good as he can. Breakfast was very good. Safe parking in front of the hotel with cameras.

The environment - the bad was not comfortable, very soft and with sharp corners, so I hurt my legs few times. A bad light in the room. The view from balcony amazing, but balcony not very nice by itself- no little table or chair to drink coffee, no any cups or coffee in the room (very unusual) . We needed to ask few cups from the kitchen for our drinks. In-summary threre was so few furnitures in the room and it was poor. I recommend - you have such a wonderful place - make a little invest in this place to improve comfort for your guests and it will be 10/10 🙂

Beautiful location. We had a lake view and mountain view, it is very beautiful. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Old hotel with nice location but not a good stay at all…

The location on the lake and also near the center is great.

It was very expensive when we think of the room we got. It smelled very old and somewhat like sewer and there was a try to compensate it with a lot of scent-initiatives. Also in the room the smell from bathroom was sometimes really disgusting. It seems that there for sure must be done some investment to modernize the whole hotel.

Breathtaking location, very helpful manager/owner? It was very clean. Breakfast was great.

Rooms were pretty dated and at €350 per night I'm not sure the value was there. If you're on a budget and want to do a luxury night this is not the place to spend your money. You are definitely paying for location.

Fantastic lakefront location, but the hotel is poorly maintained and feels more like a low-end hoste

Beautiful location directly by the lake. Easy access to nature and the surrounding area. Private parking right in front of the hotel (paid option)

The hotel appears to be in decline, with signs of rushed, low-quality renovation. Damaged floor tiles in the bathroom, old and different knobs for hot/cold water in the shower made it difficult to use. Dirty shower head and illogically low placed hooks. Very basic furnishings: a squeaky metal bunk bed and a large, dirty wardrobe with no shelves or hangers — plus a broken handle. The TV had exposed wires sticking out, which looked unsafe, especially for children. The view from our window was of a garbage area. Breakfast was poor, from not sweet options - only toast bread, two types of cold cuts, one cheese, and scrambled eggs. Muesli was available, but there was no milk, only water or coffee. Juice machine was not working, or possibly turned off to save costs. Overall, the experience felt more like a cheap hostel than a hotel — definitely not worth 3 stars.

Exceptional view and great hospitality

Staff was very friendly and understanding. We reached after 10pm they waited for us, found a proper place to park my car. Took our suitcases to 3rd floor since the lift was not working that day, and we were tired. That was a kind gesture. Next day only the lift was repaired. Breakfast is complementary and quite good. The view from our room is jaw dropping

Not great value for money

The staff were accommodating and allowed us to leave some luggage at the property while we hiked - although it seemed to be quite a difficult process for them (probably language barriers). The location is convenient at the base of the mountains and close to the lake and some restaurants.

Very poor value for money - I think you're just paying for the convenient location. Here we paid double what we paid for a hotel room in Belluno (which was basic but really nice) and didn't see where that extra $ at Tea Dolomiti was coming in. We booked the budget room that mentions "mountain views" which is a very generous description - our room was very dark and faced a neighbouring building and you had to lean all the way out the window to enjoy any kind of view. The rooms are very dated and there is only one heater, no cooling facilities or fan and definitely no bathrobes as mentioned in the description. The bathroom was huge but lacked something as basic as a toilet roll holder. Apparently there was wifi, however it didn't work for either of us and when we told the reception staff they advised us to use a different network however it also didn't work. If I had my time again, I'd enjoy the town during the day/after a hike, but catch the bus out of there and stay somewhere more affordable and nicer...I just could not justify the price for value here.

Beautiful lake view

We booked a budget room and when we arrived we received a free upgrade to a lake view room. The view is beautiful. The reception was so friendly and helpful and speaks good understandable english. We realy enjoyed our stay.

Manageable for a night over stay.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were friendly.

The floor were noisy while walking. (Stretching sound of wood) The room and the furnitures looked very old. (High time to change their carpets) The lift was extremely slow and old. Breakfast was bad (very few options) Room lights needs to upgrade, Bed lights were spoilt. (Room was extremely dark) Toilet floor were wet.

Strange and awful

Just the location

It was not clean enough. I was there in 21 October The breakfast was poor. And there was no air conditioning or heating system. The room was so tiny and so cold. I don’t recommend to anyone to go there. They charging for the parking in front of the hotel. There is another open parking free of charge but downstairs and it’s so disgusting dirty and full of mud. If you go there you need to wash your car and your shoes after entering to that parking lot.

the location was great. the view was spectacular. I liked the fact that hotel staff were always there and the breakfast was lovely.

I think the carpet should not be of that material because of the area's humidity. it gives a little bit of moisture odor, which can be annoying for the first 10-15 minutes in the room.

Superb

From start to end of our stay the staff made us feel very welcomed from the man at reception to the man who provided us with breakfast. It was a very enjoyable experience and the village was lovely with a very dramatic backdrop.The hotel overlooked the lake and we were very lucky to get an upgrade and have a view over the lake. It certainly was worth a visit and I recommend it .

The view, but...

Pretty much most of it. The receptionist did not know a word of either English or German. Cobwebs in the bedside lamps, one of which had no electrical outlet. Dusty. No furniture on the balcony, otherwise what's the point of having a balcony? Tent beds with a thick mattress on. The breakfast was not great either.

A very small room with a terrible bathroom and a mini shower with a hanging curtain. One stands on a tiny wooden wood pallet. Momentarily the whole bathroom is flooded. Uncomfortable beds. Very noisy elevator mechanism next to the room kept you awake.

Very disappointed with our stay last night... we have been all over Italy and the hotel reviews on Booking.com didnt match with our impression.. the room smelt, the wifi didnt work. I informed you last night but nothing was done about it. As a premium user of Booking.com, i will be letting them know. I will also be informing my press colleagues. The offers of free stays in other hotels in you chain wasnt a reasonable offer.. I would like a discount
