Really good air-conditioning, which we very much appreciated as Italian summers are brutal and so many places have weak or non-existent AC. Good sized apartment for two people equipped with everything that you need. Host was helpful and pleasant. Overall a great stay!

Location, charming balcony we used frequently, well-equipped kitchen, appreciated access to Netflix as we knew no Italian. Host was very attentive and pleasant.
Provide translation of operating instructions for .the washer/dryer unit (which we had never used before). We eventually figured it out but took a few wasted cycles.

Great location. Stylish loved the windows and balcony
The staircase was unsafe-the hand rail was not stable and flexed excessively at the bottom where the landing was also poorly designed and unsafe. My wife fell and hurt her knee so much she could not go on a planned tour of the Forum area. She was lucky she did not break it, but did have to miss a day of our vacation. I will attach photos and would like to send a video showing how much /easily the railing flexes. We should get a partial refund as compensation
