Wonderful location, spotless rooms, very comfortable beds, and a truly helpful team who made our stay effortless.

We had a wonderful stay. Before our trip, all my questions were answered kindly and clearly, which made us feel very comfortable. Even with a very late check-in, everything went smoothly. Luigi welcomed us right on time and explained everything perfectly. The apartment was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and they provided a crib for our baby. It felt very clean and safe, even for a crawling little one. The location is fantastic! Close to markets, shops, and restaurants. Although the area is lively, it was quiet and safe at night, and our baby slept peacefully. We also appreciated the welcome treats like coffee, olive paste, and snacks. We had a small issue with the hot water, but it was fixed immediately. Thank you to the whole team, especially Luigi, for making our stay so easy and enjoyable. We would definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Rome.

The rental contract is quite detailed, and it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but the team explained everything clearly and helped us through each step, so it wasn’t an issue at all.

Location is close to all attractions but still in a calm area; staff are very friendly and helpful, quick responses to messages and requests; the apartment is big and clean with everything you need (even laundry liquid).

Great for a family holiday!

We love the location and always come here for our stay in Rome. Very helpful and prompt response from staff! We especially love having a washer dryer, welcome pack, ample space, wonderful terrace with a charming view, and a modern kitchen.

Beds were too soft in our flat this time, but in others we stayed in the past this was not a problem… perhaps it will be upgraded soon.

Amazing property and host. Allowed us an early check-in and took great effort in explaining all the facilities and services we had with the property. Also helped us in finding very nice "local" places to eat food

Spacious and clean. Nice neighbourhood and walking distance to Vatican.

The apartment is very big and clean. The receptionist staff that helped us in the check in is very polite and gave us a warm welcome. Location and neighbourhood is nice and safe and not noisy at night. Lots of good, reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Walking distance to tourist spots and we even walked to the Vatican and Colosseum from our apartment. (About 30 minutes east walk).

If the kitchen provides basic items like salt, pepper, oil, washing powder or balls like the one stayed in portugal has, that would be great.

FIRST OF ALL WE LIKED THE BEAUTIFUL BUILDING AND SAFETY OF THE NEIGBHOURHOOD. VERY CONVINIENT LOCATION,CLEAN APARTMENT, POLITE STAFF,GOOD FACILITIES AND AC.

THE VIEW WAS JUST AN OLD BUILDING AND THE SOFA BED WAS A BIT UNCOMFORTABLE.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

We stayed in room B6. The location was excellent—just a short walk to all the major tourist attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay very convenient.

The only downsides were some noise around 3 a.m. from a nearby hotel offloading car, and the bathtub, which was surprisingly small for a two-bedroom apartment.

It felt like I am in a hotel. Everything was clean and well equipped. The location is fantastic. The staff are so welcoming and helpful.

Home away from home!

The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds, ample space. We had a wonderful view. Highly recommend the split level apartments with terrace.

Check out starts at 9:30 and lasts until 10AM. Office is locked before 9:30 so you cannot drop off the luggage earlier than that. Kitchen towels and tissues would be much appreciated.

Fine accommodation, convenient location to shopping area and few attractions in Rome

Wonderful location, in the vicinity of shopping district, close by to rome attractions. The unit was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. It felt safe with multiple security access/doors.

Its in ZTL zone so to get to the property guests have to either take the airport transport or the train/metro. But taking metro would be challenging to drag your luggage on the stone slabs surface especially if they're heavy or bulky. The nearest metro is about 500m away. They gave me only 3 nespresso coffee pods for my 3 days stay there.

Awful stay, were charged 30EUR without warning at all for “extra” cleaning.

They have charged us 30EUR without warning after checking out for extra cleaning as we left rubbish and didn’t wash the dishes (they have dishwasher machine!!) But we weren’t advised to clean after our stay and weren’t advised to throw rubbish and didn’t know where the rubbish place was at all. After all it’s a bit pricey place to say but they still charge for the job they have to do? IF WE HAVE TO CLEAN, WASH THE DISHES, THROW THE RUBBISH AFTER THE STAY, WHAT WILL BE YOUR JOB TO DO? P.S we have booked 2 bed room apartment for 5 nights and the apartment was dark and cold as it’s was in the basement with no sunlight during the day. P.S.S Please check the photos as I don’t think is a lot of dishes to wash and not a lot of rubbish. Wouldn’t recommend at all for such service. Btw, the apartment had some rubbish in the refrigerator before we checked in but I didn’t say anything to the receptionist.

We found the location was excellent, close to everything but on a beautiful street away from the hustle and bustle. Spacious for a family of 6, adults & children, nice decor and clean facilities.

The property was occasionally noisy, possibly due to deliveries or the restaurant below.

Large, beautiful, newly renovated, apartment with great indoor and outdoor space. Outstanding location…near lots of restaurants, high end shops, sights and very quiet. There is also a taxi station and metro are nearby for easy transportation options. Management team is outstanding. They were very flexible when the airline lost our luggage which caused us to arrive late for check-in. A member of the management team stayed until nearly 9:00 p.m. to give us the keys and a tour of the apartment. (We were fine paying the 25 euro late check in fee). Also, three days later when the airlines dropped off our luggage AFTER HOURS while we were out touring (and with no advance notice) the apartment management called us to request our permission to put it in our apartment for safe keeping.

The only thing that could have been improved is that the loft area of the apartment should have air conditioning to allow someone to sleep in that space since there is a bed there.
