Felt a bit cold in the living room but there is a small heater if needed. Otherwise the apartment was cosy.

Balcony (why I booked this flat), location, quick assistance from the owner
The intercall ringing every morning around 7am (and nothing to do about it), annoying when you are on vacation. Could be noisy if you sleep on the sofa bed.

Location
The lift didn’t work most of the time. The bed was uneven and uncomfortable. The balcony furniture was old and very uncomfortable sit on.There was no freezer - only a fridge. The property was a lot smaller than it looked on the advertising photos.
