La stanza era semplice ed accogliente la posizione strategica comoda alle spiagge più belle... si ci tornerei. Per le mie esigenze è stata perfetta. C'è la possibilità di fare la colazione sul terrazzo.

A good clean spacious room & bathroom.
Owner not in residence, the advert implied the accommodation was a located solely for visitors. In reality it is a residential block located in the country side. The local residents were absolutely fine but I would have preferred to know the circumstances before selecting a booking of this nature.

Pietro is nice and helpful. The apartment is clean and close to the kite beaches of Porto Botte (15min drive).
If you only want to sleep there it may be a good fit.
I shared a wall with some residents. They were very noisy from early in the morning till late in the night. Their dog was barking all the time, even late in the night. I wasn’t able to get much sleep.
The apartment is part of a group of houses - not part of a town. Shops or restaurants you need to go to by car.
If you want to walk to a restaurant in the evening or to the beach in the morning, I recommend Porto Pino. It’s nice and there is some life there. It’s only 10min away.
