Excelent apartment.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host warmly welcomed us, provided all the necessary information, and was always available for any help afterwards. The apartment was perfectly clean when we arrived. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away, the beautiful Lapad promenade only 4 minutes, and the Old Town about 10 minutes by bus. Highly recommended! Great apartment close to everything

Newly renovated apartment, close to supermarkets, bus #6, views over docks, close to restaurants, quiet, washing machine, all modern appliances and fittings. Cave bar at Sunset beach was brilliant.

the location was amazing bus route to old town brilliant just at top of road also corner shop within 200 meters restaurant and bars a short walk the owners were amazing and kept asking if we needed anything else would highly recommend due to its location

Little Gem

The apartment is in a great location with easy access to Old Town. Everything is new in the apartment and finished to a high standard. Jele is a fabulous host and goes above and beyond to help with any questions. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Dubrovnik.

Very clean and very modern. Bathroom and everywhere was spotless. Bed was very comfortable and Greta air conditioning. Staff were fantastic, went through maps of the area and advised where to visit. Would highly recommend staying there.

Hosts were welcoming, supportive and helpful. Jele met us on arrival (although it was almost midnight), she was friendly and gave us all the information we needed about our accommodation and the area. Throughout our stay, she messaged me a number of times to see could she be of any assistance to us and always responded to our requests.

beautiful fully furnished apartment with full living room, bathroom, and bed close to bus route

The hosts weren't home because we booked last minute but the young neighbor was very helpful and was able to show us into the apartment. When the hosts arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They showed us a map and gave us help with the bus route and the local shops/restaurants nearby. When I texted them, they always responded and were willing to help us with anything. There were pots and pans, as well as a refrigerator and so we were able to store and cook a few things while we were there for convenience. The location was close to the bus, so while we were far from Old Town, we were able to get to the city pretty easily.

There was a couple outside when we first arrived totally unrelated to the host and they were incredibly rude and made us feel as if we were trespassing and chastised us for being there, just beware if you book last minute, you might want to stay in your car so that you don't get yelled at by the older neighbors until the hosts arrive. The location was also a little further from Old Town than we would have liked but the bus made it easy to get back and forth.

Nice and clean apartment at a very good location

Host was present upon arrival; we were early so the apartment was still being cleaned when we arrived. The host got us some nice and cool drinks while we waited.

A clean, simple and nice accommodation around Lapad

It was very very clean. The apartment has facilities to cook or heat up simple dishes, wifi, a small balcony for yourself, and parking slots available on the back side. Close to the public bus stop where you can go directly to the old town. Communication by the staff before travel even though it was a last minute booking was so well done, and they even checked back on us time to time during our stay.

The bathroom floors get wet easily, but not a big issue.

The host was very nice and welcoming

The host family was very nice. They met us right when we arrived and gave us a welcome drink. They check up on us and gave us more towels without asking. We felt very welcome there. The location was good, next to Sunset Beach and restaurants. It was also close to the bus stop that takes you in to Old Town. Free and safe parking was great for the rental car. The kitchen was well equipped, but we didn't really use it since there are many restaurants nearby.

We had a hard time sleeping, the bed was uncomfortable for us. We asked for more pillow that the host provided, and it helped. Also, the bedding and towels were stiff and had a strong scent from fabric softener/detergent, and it irritated my skin. I guess my skin is sensitive to this because I was itchy when we were in the apartment. My husband was fine so this issue may not be a thing for other people. We did not tell the host about this issue, but given how kind and accommodating they were, they might have been able to wash the towels and bedding, without the strongly scented softener to make me more comfortable. I know it is very normal to line-dried fabrics in Europe, but I would suggest to the host using different cleaning products for washing and an electric clothes dryer.

lovely stay apartment had everything we needed

clean, good facilities and host were exceptional we didn’t need or ask for a lot, but never have I stayed in a apartment for a week and had the offer of clean sheets and towels! when this was done they also gave the shower/toilet etc a clean and even emptied our bin.

Excellent Stay

Very friendly and helpful owners . Great location on lapad , can walk to all the beaches . Apartment was new , modern and clean .Bars and restaurants are located with in a short walk and the property is situated far enough from away from main roads to get a decent sleep .. The room was air-conditioned which was great , didn't go on that much as room didn't get too hot. On our last day we left our bags and went into the old town for the day and they were ready and waiting for us when we got back We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend dubrovnik and our apartment

Very helpful staff! We had to print some important documents for the car and the owner was willing to do it for us. The apartment was huge and very close to the bus station with a nice view of the bridge. The location is great if you don't want to be at the center with all the tourists and you prefer a more quiet area with all the facilities nearby.

The property was very clean and well furnished with essentials for a short stay. Good location, walking distance from public beaches and restaurants. Solitudo bar and grill which was 2min walk from the property served the most fresh and best meals!

Amazing location, clean and great sized room with friendly hosts

The location was amazing, walking distance to the beaches and the harbour plus a bus stop behind the property that goes into the old town. Very clean and friendly hosts. Great Aircon (very much needed). Little terrace had a place to dry our wet towels etc. Shower had great water pressure.

If you could pay by card as well as cash but it really wasn't a problem 😊

Lovely place with balcony, air condition and everything we needed. Walking distance from nice restaurants, grocery shop and beaches. We really enjoyed our stay. Extremely helpful and lovely owner family!
