Honesty and speed

We stayed at this accommodation for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The place is very comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly! Everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and communication with our host, Anna, was excellent — she responded very quickly and clearly. What truly stood out was her honesty and kindness. After checking out, we realized at the airport that we had forgotten a significant amount of money at the apartment. Before we could even contact her, Anna messaged us to let us know they had found it. Thanks to her honesty and prompt response, we were able to retrieve the money and still catch our flight. Gestures like this are rare nowadays. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend staying here. If you're visiting this beautiful city, staying with Anna is a choice you can trust 100%.

Great location, 10mins walk to the Sunset beach and restaurants. About 10 mins Uber drive to Old Town Dubrovnik. Spacious apartment. Friendly host.

Very good

Quite spacy apartment, each room has a balcony. Nice view to the bay with cruise ships and the bridge. The apartment has everything you need (apart from a microwave). It also has a washing machine but in the instruction it was mentioned as extra to pay for each usage. We were going on foot to the Copacabana beach around 1.5km - it was the best beach we found - ideal for kids and no so crowded. There are groceries around but we were shopping at Tommy

I don't think it can be improved somehow, but worth to mention: 1) parking - it has public parking slots (4-5) in front of the building, but if you return back and it is busy - you would need to find 2) location - it is on the top of a hill, if you are not ok with #1, be ready to use your foot a lot :) 3) quite poor internet connection at the evening

The Host was super friendly, sent his father to give us a spare key when the friend of my group who had them was out for the day and forgot to leave them to us.

Power outlets are a bit lacking, specially in the kitchen (1 power outlet in the entire kitchen and is located right above the stove, making it impossible to heat up water while doing something else)

Place was really nice and clean. Owner welcome us with smile. We asked for dinner and she called to few places ask for delivery. Mornimg she recomended us nice place for coffee. We stayed only one night on way home from our vacations, but if we will again travel to Dubrovnik we will book this accomodation for sure!

Good location, close to beaches , bus (to pile) and grocery stores. Nice view of the water, and the ability to sit outside to enjoy a coffee/breakfast was a plus. Basic kitchen /cooking facilities are also provided.

walking distance from an active street with restaurants and supermarket and beaches. Great support from Paulina and Ana to fix the tv and providing some tips to visit. Nice terrace.

nice family run property with a number of units, we had a ground floor unit with a nice grape vine covered (shade) courtyard to enjoy morning coffee with a bit of a view

very dated which is fine but the bed was terrible in our unit and needs replacing I would have been better off sleeping on the floor. hopefully they made a small investment in new bed, without it I would not recommend staying otherwise it was fine for what we needed

Though it was clean, this was not a 4 star accommodation at all. It lacked all the features expected for a 4 star accommodation.

Very confortable and good location

The appartment is very confortable, and located close to sunset beach, with lots of restaurants on the paved avenue. There is a very nice way around the coast. Access to old town is direct using #5 bus, and there is a ticket office by the end of the paved avenue. Old town is amazing. Walking on the wall provides the best views. Inside, 2 cliff accesses are good for jumping under the wall. .

A microwave would be an added value. Terrasse is sometime not quiet when air conditioners are operating.

The place is quiet, free parking place, nice host.

The confort is not the one especting from the pics. The pics also indicating the upper floor balcony with a nice view , but it was just a garden terrace towards a side street. If the windows are left open, insects can easily enter and we found some in the bed...

Nice place to stay in Dubrovnik

A very nice well located apartment, close to everything - supermarkets, promenade and beaches. The apartment is clean. The terrace and the view to the sea and harbor is a gem! We were welcomed by Ivan, who was very nice and responsive to the questions we had, providing some tips about the area.

Wi-Fi is rather slow but this did not affect our stay. Also keep in mind that there’s no freezer in the fridge.

Like many Croatian AirBNBs they need to provide a few more amenities in the unit; coffee pot, bowls for salad etc, paring knives, mugs, towel racks, toaster, laundry soap, core things like salt and pepper, oil,tea, vinegar. A book or paper with bus schedule, closest bakery and grocery store, taxi numbers, recommendations for close restaurants, etc would be an added touch.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt

Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie waren sehr bemüht, uns bestmöglich zu betreuen. Super Erreichbarkeit der Vermieterin! Unsere späte Anreise um 22:30 Uhr war überhaupt kein Problem. Die Lage des Apartments war für uns hervorragend - kurzer Weg zum Strand, ruhig in der Nacht und ideal angebunden (Bus) mit dem Stadtzentrum. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Aangenaam bezoek aan Dubrovnik!

Het appartement lag in de buurt Lapad, niet ver van de haven en 2 stranden (Copacabana beach en Sunset beach). We kochten de Dubrovnik Pass, met inclusief (naast culturele & andere inkomkaarten) ook een voucher voor de bus. Lijn6 - om de 10 minuten - stopte op 2 minuten wandelen van het appartement, en bracht ons tot aan de poorten van de oude stad. De wasmachine werd als "extra" aangeboden - zou als standaard mee mogen worden aangeboden (zou het nog aantrekkelijker maken - vooral voor "road-trippers" zoals wijzelf). Zeer vriendelijke host. Parking 'op straat' vlakbij gevonden, daarna enkel het openbaar vervoer of de voetentram gebruikt.

La casa piccola ma accogliente, pulita con tutto il necessario per una comoda vacanza. Posizione ottima collegata bene sia a piedi che con bus o Uber. Vicino ad un supermercato e alla passeggiata che porta alla spiaggia Sunset Beach. Ana la proprietaria ci è stata di supporto e sempre disponibile a consigliarci luoghi da visitare. Correcto, bien comunicado pero lejos del centro histórico y zonas comerciales.

El alojamiento cumple con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Dubrovnik, dispone de aparcamiento gratuito lo cual se agradece en esta ciudad. Habitaciones y estancias amplias, camas confortables. Supermercado y transporte público cercanos al alojamiento.

A pesar de disponer buena comunicación con transporte público, está alejado del casco histórico, así como de las zonas de ocio, bares y restaurantes. Hechamos en falta productos de aseo personal como gel y champú.

Tenia duchador de mano, lo que es un poco incomodo para ducharse. Que no se pudiera usar libremente la lavadora. Queda bastante lejos, pero buen sistema de transporte y cercanía a las paradas.

Fijn verblijf!

De locatie nabij restaurant strip, strand, kleine supermarkt, bushalte (dichterbij kan niet) en haven (ook op kleine loopafstand) was top. Het appartement zelf was ook goed met een goede douche en groot balkon om ook lekker te kunnen eten.
