Wonderful stay with amazing views

Amazing views of the local area from the room Really easy to collect keys and also then shown to accommodation Plenty on the doorstep you don't have to venture the old town for stuff to do but if you do want to go the number 6 bus will drop you off there in a few minutes. Highlights locally where mumma mia restaurant and the the cave bar

Only bad bit was the WiFi was in and out a lot but the area is covered by 5g so not the end of the world

CROATIA Rocks!

This was our first trip to Croatia. Excellent holiday all round. People are friendly and Lapad Town is spotlessly clean. Not a lot of difference in prices from the UK but to be expected in the EU. Villa Curic is a great base to explore from. Our apartment was on the top with a huge balcony overlooking the town below, the port and the mountains in the distance, which was a view not to be rivalled in the area we stayed. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Roberto was great meeting us for our inward and outward bound transfer and very friendly and at a cost of €40 door to door for a family of four, also very reasonable. All in all, we couldn't fault our holiday and would like to return in the future. Thanks to Sanjin and Anđela and the other staff for looking after us. Rob Booth Bournemouth.

Relaxing, easy, everything you need.

The property is immaculate, and the family who run it are extremely helpful and friendly. We had 2 rooms for a group of 5 and used the roof top pool. The property is up a steep hill, we used Ubers, for the shirt trip up there, plentiful, cheap and short waiting times.

Excellent stay - would stay there again

Managed to check in earlier and picked up the keys in the reception which was really easy to do. The room was big and clean. Cleaners happy to clean the room during the stay and provide new pool towels as and when needed. Loved the private pool, good size and very clean. Excellent location - 10 minute walk down to the beach and marina.

Brilliant stay

Very comfortable, really clean , wonderfully cool in the 30 degree heat . Had everything and more that we needed. The pool was a godsend, beautiful views . Would have loved to have taken a photo at night of the beautiful views but it closed at 8 and the sunset wasn’t until 8.30 .

Nice place in Dubrovnik (a bit far from old town but easy bus connection)

Located next to a residential area with a bus stop about 3-5 minutes away that took us to main old city centre as well as harbourfront for island hopping boat cruise, it has a great location. The property itself had extremely polite, friendly and helpful reception folks (we met Sunny and Mat at different times). Rooms, bath were spotless and spacious. Kitchenware was provided and thankfully our room was right next to the reception so wasn't required to carry my heavy luggage in the upper floors (though our room lacked any view, we were fine with it as we were mostly out in the city). We also tried the pool in the second/top floor which was clean and nice (though small), would have been great using it after sunset (like in the profile photo, but the pool timings didn't allow it).

Nothing in particular, but a wider window for pool timings would have helped (say till 9.30-10 pm).

Beautiful views

Cleanliness of Apt and The Pool. Small bench/garden area as nice tortoise family and shaded area.

The hills which were exhausting in 34 degree heat. Empty vending machine. Would be good not to rely on the shops which are down the hill for small things like drinks and snacks.. Not having a terrace, although I knew this when I booked. Kitchen cupboards are very high, so small stool would be handy for reaching items. Kitchen could also do with taller glasses and a colander. Altough in general it was well equipped. Hairdryer in bathroom very weak, so take your own if you have a lot of hair.

Decente place and nice pool, inflexible with checkout

- nice pool -great view -clean Apartment -comfy beds

- quite old furniture and coffee machine (from 1970 or so) - didn’t let us stay even until 10.30 even though I asked due to a Business call and rain. Not sure why this isnt possible, Check in is After 2pm. They just told us “NO” and kicked us out at 10am. Very unfriendly contact with them via booking also. Staff at reception was nice but couldn’t do anything.

Wonderful, kind staff and well equipped for self catering

We liked the apartment; swimming pool, staff were lovely and the tortoises were very cute. Comfy beds, good shower and modern throughout.

Not the properties fault but there was a dog barking often throughout the night one night.

kids were happy with the pool and accommodation, there was Wi-Fi. I found the bed very hard and the pool cold.

The location was very convenient for Lapad main walkway with restaurants and cafes and sunset beach. Also near the no. 6 bus into the old town.

The accommodation is basic but there is everything required for a family stay. The cleaner came everyday we needed her and also changed the towels each time which was super. The rooftop pool is lovely however the water was too cold for me.

Great view from room and pool, pool area very quiet and everything was always clean. Got clean towels replaced frequently, friendly host, and close to supermarket and bakery and a nice strip of restaurants.

Ceilings were short because we were top floor, we banged our heads at least 10 times so be wary if you're tall. Bit of steep walk up the road but worth it for the view from the room. asked for late checkout and was quoted 150EU which we thought was very steep just for a late checkout which we didnt accept but wouldve been nice to get a fair price.

Very good

The apartment is clean, well stocked and the pool is wonderful. The beds were comfortable and there was place in the living room to sit both to eat and just to relax. The owners are really friendly and kind as well as the staff. The location is in lapad with lots of choices for restaurants and the copocobana beach is great! The restaurants are about a 15 minute walk away and the beach about 20 minutes. It is a steep climb up but is manageable. We would definitely stay here again but just in a different apartment.

I think if we had been in a different apartment this would have been a 10 for a location. We had apartment 502 and in many places we could not stand up straight as it was the top floor so basically the space is determined by the structure of the roof. The air-conditioning is controlled by front desk which once you ask they adjusted for us we would have preferred to be able to control ourselves.
