Well located in a quiet street, very friendly staff

Cozy studio apartment with sweet balcony overlooking quiet street well outside downtown Zurich. Thomas, who was on duty when we arrived, was a fantastic host and was overly helpful on numerous occasions.
Bathroom was small and shower tight, but a fair tradeoff for the price and for the little balcony where he sipped wine and ate Swiss cheese and felt tres European.

Door on bathroom didn't close but you were able to close the bedroom door.

It was a convenient location for our needs. Although the reception wasclosed on arrival after about 10 minutes someone appeared to let us in. There was a coffe machine, kettle and fridge in the room which was all positive.
The shower was in a small bath which was difficult to access and had a half door which meant the floor was flooded when the shower was in use.
There was an air conditioning unit in the room that beeped and whirred every 15 minutes through the night despite being turned off.
The room was extremely cold on arrival.
The rooms did not feel clean and were very tired and shabby. The basic room did not feel good value.
