No balcony as promised. No shops to speak of. What vineyard? All I saw was an overgrown mess. Left after the second day to get into Zürich Center. This isn’t even in Zürich!! A big waste of money!

Separate living room was a plus, but fixtures and flooring in the apartment are very dated and in need of reconditioning or replacement. Floors are very squeaky and noise from the lobby can be heard while in bedrooms. Tram depot is clearly visible from the backyard and has a constant low humming which may disrupt light sleepers.

Apartment was very clean and Danielle was very communicative and easy to reach. The shower nozzle was broken and sprayed everywhere. Quiet and safe neighborhood, but the upstairs neighbor in the unit above, walked around a lot.

Although it’s an old property,myself and my family enjoyed our stay in this property.The property was spacious for 5 people.Daniella was very prompt with answering all my queries before we got there.We had welcome gifts which we enjoyed to eat after getting to the accommodation so late.We met Prince who told us about the laundry area and what floor we are staying.I thought it will be like the top floor but thank goodness it was on the second floor and I’ve managed to get there especially with my bad/problematic knees.The water from the shower/bath takes a while to drain when it’s in use.Hopefully this will get sorted out.Prince has given us an extra 30 minutes to finalised packing our luggage.The tram is only few steps away from the accommodation which is amazing.Theres a planner on the wall for laundry and we’ve put our room on the last slot since we always get back late but somebody was using the drier during our time slot.I think it would be nice if there’s a microwave included in the property for people to use as it’s easier and more cheaper to buy microwaveable food to eat than take away since we always come back late from our daily sight seeing/visit/itinerary.Overall,I highly recommend the place.The next time we comeback ,I’ll definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with this property. While we were there it was unusually hot and we are used to air conditioning at home but even on the 4th floor apartment we didn’t need it. We were so comfortable with the windows open. And we were shocked at how quiet and serene it was in a big city. Thank you. Highly recommend.

What do you do when need to house a party of 19 people, young and old, most of whom have never traveled outside of the US??? You rent 4 apartments from Zurich Furnished Apartments. Initially, I was concerned about finding this gem of a location but, once we were onsite, all was good. They have exquisite communications, comfortable, welcoming facilities, and all are accessible within a 10-12 minute tram ride from Zurich HB. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of these great apartments during your next stay without sacrificing comfort.

We used to live in Thalwil 7 years ago and wanted a place close to Zurich city center & public transportation so we could easily visit friends. The location of this apartment was perfect. We were very close to Migros at BRUNAUPARK so grocery shopping was easy. The apartment was dated but very clean. We were surprised and thrilled to find electric fans in all the bedrooms as it can get quite hot in Zurich in the summer. We had plenty of room for 4 people / 2 adults & 2 kids, ages 14 & 11. Kitchen was stocked decently but do not expect to do much cooking in it - the oven was out of order & they provided a toaster oven for our use but we did not need it - and the space is small. The pullout sofa bed in living room surprisingly very comfortable. Our contact was extremely helpful and prompt addressing our questions. Parking around the place is challenging so would recommend not renting a car. Shared laundry facilities on site and you just need to sign up for a block of time on the sheet in the lobby. It would have been nice if we had more than 4 bath towels each to use for 4 people as we were there for a week. The bathroom is very dated and showering is a challenge for those not used to detachable shower heads. If you want a place close to public transit & not too fancy, then this is the place for you.

The property was very clean and large 2 great size bedrooms large living are Seperate dinner area kitchen and bathroom So close to transport to take us into city Center 10 mins on train. Highly recommend Loved it.

We were in Apt 202, which was a big property, but horribly dated with an almost unusable shower (hand unit in the side wall about chest level) with 70's looking appliances, and a master bed about 5 inches of the floor. The biggest problem is that the property is not on the street, but along a steep (from where you would have to unload) and narrow path. So if you have bags and it is raining you are really out of luck.

Kitchen (which was the main reason I rent apartments and not hotels) had no Microwave and a broken dishwasher. For a family with kids that was a major minus. The floors are extremely noisy - that is again a problem when we have to walk around after the kids are in bed or if we need to check/help them at night.

The appartment is well-fitted with furniture and kitchenware, all appliances function well and especially the host, Mr Prince, was very helpful, providing information and tips to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I really appreciated his kindness and friendliness. The appt. is also very clean. It is true, water tends to accumulate a bit on the bathroom floor and another problem was soundproofing of walls. Maybe this could be solved with renovating the floors (so that you do not hear all noises made by neighbours upstairs).

The apartment was quite big, well organized and had a good location. The TV has Netflix available that was quite nice but, it was almost impossible to use as it was a shared account and other people were already using it. The building is a wood building so you can hear a lot of noises at night. We had a really good experience in the apartment and we would recommend this accommodation

The property was great however it was extremely hard to locate and we found it only by a fluke after driving around the block 5 times with no luck. It is difficult for locations to be emailed to travelers via email a few days before arrival as internet access is limited and not always accessable when you are coming from other countries.

The apartment has become tired but pretty clean. double bed is rather small, and unfortunately I did not see smoke detector in the apartment which I did not like because the apartment we were in is on the third floor, but the location is good and the people who run it very hospitable. so over everything nice place to stay.

This is a rather basic apartment building converted to short term letting. It does what it's supposed to and good for short term. While the furniture is newer the flat itself is rather old with a very very noisy old hardwood floor! Don't try to tip-toe to the fridge at night, you'll get noticed! Kitchen and bathroom are dated and old style but functional, a bit like visiting your grandmother's house :-) All in all, ok for the price but don't expect something modern.

Well maintained accomodation adjacent to public transport and not so far from city center. Apartment was well equipped with everything except air conditioning. At around 31deg C temperature it was really difficult to sleep at night. Addition of ac would make it perfect for tourists. Mr. Prince has been very helpful. Thanks to Prince for all his supports.

The apartment is very nice, very nice welcome service and a great location. There are stairs to climb to the apartment and there is no elevator for use. It might not be convenient if you have heavy luggages, but all the rest is excellent. .

We just completed our trip to Zurich. We stayed at this property for 8 days. It was an excellent experience. The staff were warm and more than professional. We landed in Zurich in the morning and needed to check-in early. Daniela was very kind and helped to get the room ready early so we could move in. She also provided name and number of her colleague Prince whom we met later on. Prince was an excellent host and helped us with our questions on the first day and also anytime we saw him in the building. When I asked him about taxi to go back to airport he took it upon himself to arrange for a cab and help us to reach on time. We were very happy with my experience with the staff at this facility. They went above and beyond their usual routine to make our stay pleasant.The location of the property was excellent. It is literally a minute walk from the building to train station. There is also a grocery store across the station which serves prepared food along with regular groceries. There is a mall nearby with a variety of shops. An Indian restaurant is also very close which serves buffet.Two things to note, the building does not have elevator. It can be a problem with heavy luggage and room happens to be on the 4th floor. There is also no direct car access to the building, so the luggages must be pushed to the building over paved walkway. Also there is no air-conditioning. But that was not a problem for us. Prince left three fans for us and those were more than adequate.

The apartment was spacious and comfortably appointed. It's in a very convenient location, immediately adjacent to grocery and restaurant options, a tram and a bus stop, and within a close walk of Sihlcity. The managers are very responsive and helpful, and were genuinely interested in making our stay a pleasant one.

Lovely apartment with plenty of room for six. Was able to do our laundry with all supplies given. Prince was the caretaker and sooooo friendly and fast at responding! Owners were very easy to communicate with before and during! If and when I return I would love to stay here again!

This is a self-catering apartment that is very close to a tram line that runs directly to the city center. It is also very close to a large Migros, which has a diverse range of food. It is away from the main road and therefore quiet. In addition, it close to a park that provides an opportunity to run alongside the river. It provides a flavor of older Zurich. While comfortable, it is definitely not an ultra-modern facility (orange and olive green color schemes in the kitchen); the bathroom is a little funky and the shower could be better. Also, it would be nice to have some English channels on the TV. However, I greatly enjoyed my nine-day stay and would happily do so again.

The location is great: convenient to transport, right by a mall for any needs. The room was very clean. It can be loud: not from the neighborhood, but from the building. There is very little on the floors or walls to absorb noise- so any neighbors walking around and even your own room is pretty loud at night. Also- if you have >2 people and are using the couch for a bed, there isn't really anywhere to sit. But good value.

Perfectly situated near the centre of Zürich. Good/normal standard with everything you need. Extremely accomodating landlady who helped us with an extra night with very short notice so we could arrive one day earlier. Note that there is no parking on the street. We parked in a parkinghouse nearby, close to the apartment but expensive (36 CHF / 24 hrs).

We had a challenging time finding the apartment, but once there we were very pleased with the apartment. Everything seems to have been remodeled recently except for the bathroom, but overall it was fine. Prince, the assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. We were pleased to find a good value, clean and comfortable apt in the city center, with good access to public transportation.

We had to pay a 90 f cleaning fee, which would have been ok (though steep for a 1-bdrm apt), but it was NOT CLEAN when we got there! Floors were dirty, cabinets were sticky, there were cobwebs on the ceiling with bugs in them-upsetting to say the least. We felt ripped off. AND, the owner had his agent come at 10:30 at night to collect payment!

Hello Hotels.com Clientele,The owners or property managers of the apartment of this newly furnished apartment in Giesshübelstrasse 82, Zurich, 8045, Switzerland-> Daniella and Arno were extremely friendly and they made us feel at home even before we made our trip. They were writing us email after email before we started our trip to Zurich with useful information about the Apartment location and where to find the housekeys and about the equipments inside the apartment and checkin timing. We checked in a day late due to flight delay but they were happy with that. They send their accomplice a person named Prince - to give us an intro about the apartment - for eg: How to turn on the gas stove, where to do your laundry (there was a tumble dryer for the apartment too!). He collected the payment for the apartment on the day of checkin only. We had not paid a penny for the apartment until we checked in. He gave us tips where to do your local super market shopping and where to take the tram and train to tour around Zurich. On the day of checkout we were late to checkout and asked Daniella if we can leave our baggage in apartment and collect it in evening. But, she allowed us to use the apartment until evening as there were no guests checking in that day!!! I have never seen a more hospitable landlady! The apartment & washroom was really clean. I will definitely stay in this accomodation next time I go to Zurich. I highly recommend this apartment to all. Enjoy your stay here mates!
