Comfortable hotel in this beautiful little town. Good comfortable beds and helpful staff who still cooked me a meal despite very late arrival. Good breakfast.

The staff were all really friendly and bent over backwards to help us. The outside dining area was lovely and a superb space in the warm weather. It felt very much like a community hub where the locals came to enjoy meals and friendship. The location was ideal for us as we used it for a base to explore Innsbruck using the regular bus service to get there. My wife had a medical emergency when we discovered that her vial of insulin had cracked and all the fluid had drained out. Helena came to our aid and immediately dispatched her daughter in a car to the nearest pharmacy for a replacement. And when they didn’t have any she carried on to Innsbruck to the next pharmacy where they had what we needed. Within 2 hours of discovering the issue, my wife had the replacement medication she needed and we were just astounded by the kindness and extraordinary willingness to help. If we are ever back in this area we’ll make it a priority to stay here again ❤️

Löget kunde varit bättre men helt ok.

Sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterinnen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wir konnten problemlos Zusatzfrühstücke für Verwandte buchen, die uns besuchten. Die Lage war günstig - alles gut zu erreichen. Mit der Gästekarte konnten wir gratis mit dem Bus fahren.
